Pemakaian sistem Knock Down untuk rumah sederhana tahan gempa :: Tinjauan pada Joint L

The earthquake experience, which has been occurred in Indonesia, has shown many damages to non engineering building such as houses, schools and the others that having some weakness for example weight and brittle.solution is develop build light simple building, having the nature of holding up to earthquake with system of knock-down. Materials used for the system of knockdown is steel of fabrikasi which in the form of steel of cold-formed. Cold-formed steel of structure component become steel from plate sheet with cool workmanship process. This research is aimed to understanding effect of earthquake on the behaviour of damage model and strength, daktilitas of joint beam – column by eksperimental, that is covering load - displacemant, tacking on and ability of joint. cyclic loading pursuant to standard of ASTM 2126-02a representing moderation of earthquake loading selected as encumbering for the object of test. At joint and frame to analyse statik with end result is the level of loading. Analyse statik use regulation of SNI 03- 1726-2002. Earthquake loading designed by the used is earthquake loading relied on Procedures Planning of Resilience Earthquake for the Building ( SNI 03-1726-2002 ) with regional plan earthquake 6 for to middle ground. From result of research, daktilitas frame 3.3, joint L1 5.79 and joint L2 3.22. Capacities peak load of frame 4,2 kN and both joint 1,1 kN. Deviation culminate frame 44,21 mm; joint L1 50,01 and mm of joint L2 51,04 mm, shear maximum frame 1,71 N / mm and both joint 1,75 N / mm. Pattern damage of object test happened in hole screw, along accretion of load, damage pattern that happened are change of bar. Of calculation, frame is peaceful in earthquake region 6, condition of middle land. This is caused by influence of frame as light steel.
