Evaluasi kinerja sistem informasi GLS/SAMK pada proses pengolahan BBM di Unit Pengolahan PT Pertamina (Persero)

Penerapan sistem aplikasi GLS/SAMK di unit-unit pengolahan Pertamina, bertujuan untuk memonitor pergerakan minyak mentah dan produk di dalam kilang. Tiga fungsi utama yang terlibat dalam memonitor pergerakan minyak tersebut adalah Fungsi Keuangan dan Fungsi Operasi (dalam hal ini adalah Fungsi Perencanaan & Keekonomian dan Fungsi Produksi). Pada pelaksanaannya ternyata hanya Fungsi Keuangan yang menggunakan sistem aplikasi GLS/SAMK secara maksimal. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan tidak aktifnya Fungsi Operasi dalam menggunakan sistem aplikasi tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang diuji adalah faktor user satisfaction dalam kaitannya dengan information quality dan system quality sistem aplikasi GLS/SAMK. Dalam pengujian user satisfaction, information quality dan system quality digunakan metoda DeLone & McLean yang dilengkapi dengan kuesioner dari Doll dan Torkzadeh. Dengan analisa regresi linier dan korelasi, hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya hubungan yang positif antara information quality dan system quality terhadap user satisfaction pada penerapan sistem aplikasi GLS/SAMK.

The three main functions that are involved in the oil movement monitoring are Financial Department and Operational Department that represented by Economical Planning Department and Production Department. It is only the Financial Department which uses the system maximally in the implementation of the system application. There are several factors that caused Operational Department can not be activated in using GLS/SAMK. One of the factors to be tested is user satisfaction related to information quality and system quality. In the test conducted user satisfaction, information quality and system quality use DeLone & McLean model with the questionnaire from Doll and Torkzadeh. Through the linier regression analysis and the correlation analysis, this research found the strong relation between information quality and system quality toward user satisfaction in the implementation of GLS/SAMK could be tested.
