Pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap karakteristik tanah yang berkembang dari bahan induk basaltik kabupaten Magelang

Penelitian pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap karakteristik tanah yang berkembang dari bahan induk basaltik Kabupaten Magelang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap karakteristik tanah baik fisik, kimia maupun mineralogi. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan September sampai Desember 2005 dan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu penelitian lapangan, analisis laboratorium dan analisis data secara deskriptif. Pada bahan induk yang sama dilakukan penyelidikan sebanyak tiga profil pewakil yaitu ladang, sawah tadah hujan dan sawah irigasi, yang kemudian dianalisis sifat fisik, kimia dan mineraloginya. Penentuan profil berdasarkan pada peta geologi, peta topografi dan penggunaan lahan utama. Perbandingan sifat antara satu profil dengan yang lainnya menggunakan perhitungan indeks kemiripan. Pemerian profil dilapangan menunjukkan urutan horizon yaitu Ap, Bw1, Bw2, BC untuk profil ladang, Ap, Bw, Bc1, Bc2, BC untuk profil sawah tadah hujan, dan Ap, Bg1, Bwg, Bc, Bg2, BCg untuk profil sawah irigasi. Berdasarkan kriteria Jackson perkembangan tanah pada ketiga profil pewakil masih dalam tahap perkembangan, dimana nilai KPK > 25 me/100g, nisbah debu/lempung > 0,2 % serta nilai Fe-o/Fe-d tinggi (>30,54). Berdasarkan hasil analisis sifat fisik tanah terlihat bahwa tanah pada ketiga profil pewakil memiliki kelas tekstur yang cukup bervariasi yaitu geluh lempungan, geluh lempung pasiran, pasir geluhan dan lempungan, nilai BV berkisar antara 1,30 sampai 1,54 g/cm3 dan nilai BJ berkisar antara 2,23 – 2,84 g/cm3. Sedangkan untuk sifat kimia tanah pada ketiga profil memiliki pH berharkat agak masam (5,8) sampai netral (6,8) , C/N rendah yakni berkisar antara 4,6 -10, KPK berharkat sedang (15,96 me%) hingga tinggi (31,70 me%) dan KB berharkat sedang (25 %) hingga tinggi (41,97%). Tanah dilokasi penelitian di klasifikasikan kedalam ordo Inceptisol, sub ordo Udepts, great group Dystrudepts dan sub group Typic Dystrudepts.

Research of Influence of farm use to land characteristic expanding from substance of mains basaltik in Salaman Magelang aim to know the influence of farm use to good land characteristic of physical, chemical and also mineralogy. This research is started in September until December 2005 and conducted in three phase, that is field research, analyses the laboratory and analyses the data descriptively. At conducted by same mains substance of investigation is three of proxy profile that is farm, wet ricefield dependant to rain and rice field irrigation, later analysed by the nature of physical, map of topography and especial farm use. Comparison is nature of between one profile with other use the calculation make an index to looking like. Profile gift in field show the sequence horizon that is Ap, Bw1, Bw2, BC for the profile of farm, Ap, Bw, Bc1, Bc2, BC for the profile of wet ricefield depedant to rain, and Ap, Bg1, Bwg, Bc, Bg2, BCG for the profile of rice field irrigation. Pursuant to criterion of Jakson of land growth at third proxy profile still in growth phase, where value KPK> 25 me /100g, dirt ratio/ lempung>0,2% and also assess the Fe-O / high Fe-d (> 30,54). Pursuant to result analyse the nature of land physical seen by that at third proxy profile own the texture class which enough vary that is geluh lempungan, geluh lempung pasiran, pasir geluhan and lempungan, assess the BV range from 1,30 until 1,54 g /cm3 and assess the BJ range from 2,23 - 2, 84 g/ cm3. While to the nature of land chemistry at third profile own the pH have standing to rather acid (5,8) neutral until (6,8), C/N low namely range from 4,6- 10 KPK have standing to (15,96 me%) high till (31,70 me%) and KB have standing to (25%) high till (41,97%). Ground in location of research in classifying into ordo Inceptisol, sub of ordo Udepts, great group Dystrudepts and sub of group Typic Dystrudepts.
