Keragaman perubahan bentuk teras rumah pada perumahan Sukamenak Indah di Desa Sayati Kabupaten Bandung

Penelitian dengan fokus ” Perubahan Bentuk Teras” ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasikan perubahan bentuk teras dan mengetahui serta memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini beralokasi di Perumahan Sukamenak Indah yaitu suatu perumahan yang dengan sengaja direncanakan dan dirancang oleh pemerintah dan pengembang untuk mengakomodasikan masyarakat Bandung sekitarnya. Perumahan ini terletak di Desa Sayati Kecamatan Margahayu yang berjarak 8 km dari pusat Kabupaten Bandung . Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi rasionalistik, sampel yang diambil sebayak 30 rumah tipe 54 dan 30 rumah tipe 70 (teras rumah yang berubah) strategi pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling dengan pertimbangan seluruh populasi sifatnya homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perubahan teras rumah di Perumahan Sukamenak Indah mencakup perubahan bentuk dan perubahan kualitas. Perubahan bentuk menyangkut dimensi dan fungsi ruang, perubahan kualitas menyangkut konstruksi atap, penggunaan material struktur lantai, dinding, tiang / kolom rumah serta pintu dan jendela pada fasade rumah. Perubahan pada seluruh aspek dapat diidentifikasikan karena adanya penambahan dan pengurangan elemen pembentuk. Perubahan pada aspek kualitas hanya hanya dapat diidentifikasikan melalui penambahan elemen. Dari hasil penelitian ini juga ditemukan” Keragaman Perubahan Bentuk Teras” yaitu bentuk segitiga , bentuk garis, bentuk segi empat, bentuk lengkung. Dan juga ditemukan beberapa faktor ” Keragaman Perubahan Bentuk Teras” tersebut adalah karena bentuk awal teras, konstruksi atap teras, kualitas bahan, cuaca, fungsi dan orientasi sinar matahari. Beberapa faktor tersebut diatas ternyata sangat berpengaruh terhadap terciptanya keragaman perubahan bentuk teras rumah di perumahan sukamenak indah Kabupaten Bandung.

The purpose of this research, which is focusing on ” the change of terraces ” is to identify the change of teraces, to find out their changing forms, and to understand factors influencing the forms. This study is carried out on the settlement in Bandung, a housing which was intentionally planed and designed by the government and developer to accommodate Bandung community and the vicinity. The Sukamenak Indah housing is located in Desa Sayati Kecamatan Margahayu about 8 km from the center of Kabupaten Bandung. This study has used the rationalistic methodology, with 30 samples of the 54 typed houses and 30 samples of the 70 typed houses, selected from the populated houses which the terraces have been changed. The random sampling strategy is used to select the samples, considering the homogeneity of the population. The result of the study shows that the changes of terraces in sukamenak indah housing settlement include the change of forms and the change of quality . The change of forms cover the change of dimension and function of room. The change of quality covers the construction of roof, utilization of the structural material floors, walls, pillar / columns, and also the doors and windows of the house façade. The change in all aspects of dimension can be identified from the addition and the reduction of composing parts / elements. The changes in the aspects of quality can only be remarked from addition of the composing elements. This study has found that the variety of the changing terraces includes, triangular shapes, rectilinear shapes, rectangular shapes, curvilinear shapes. It is also found that some factors causing the variety of the changing terraces, are the form of terraces, roof constructions, quality of materials, climates, functions and orientations of sunlight. The factors mentioned above are very influential in creating the various changes of terraces in sukamenak indah Bandung.
