Analisis TIngkat Maturitas Model Keunggulan Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Pada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat maturitas tata kelola (governance), risiko (risk) dan kepatuhan (compliance) atau GRC pada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dengan menggunakan Panduan Mencapai Model Keunggulan GRC. Analisis ini untuk melakukan pengukuran terhadap 3 (tiga) aspek yaitu process, people dan tools. Dalam aspek process terdiri dari 4 (empat) indikator, 3 (tiga) indikator untuk aspek people dan 2 (dua) indikator untuk aspek tools. Sebagai sumber data pegawai KPK yang berasal dari setingkat Unit Kerja Eselon 2 pada Pusat Perencanaan Strategis Pemberantasan Korupsi (PPSPK), Biro SDM, Direktorat Manajemen Informasi dan Data serta Inspektorat. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa aspek people mempunyai penilaian atau pengukuran terendah dibandingkan dengan aspek lainnya dan aspek tools mempunyai nilai pengukuran tertinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tingkat maturitas GRC KPK saat ini berada pada nilai level transformed (rentang nilai 3,5 sampai dengan 4,5) dengan nilai analisis sebesar 3,956.

This study aims to analyze the maturity level of governance, risk and compliance (compliance) or GRC at the Corruption Eradication Commission using the Guidelines for Achieving GRC Excellence Model. This analysis is to measure 3 (three) aspects: process, people and tools. The process aspect consists of 4 (four) indicators, 3 (three) indicators for the people aspect and 2 (two) indicators for the tools aspect. As a source of data for KPK employees who come from the Unit Kerja Eselon 2 level at the Corruption Eradication Strategic Planning Center (PPSPK), HR Bureau, Directorate of Information and Data Management also Inspectorate. The results of this study illustrate that the people aspect has the lowest assessment or measurement compared to other aspects and the tools aspect has the highest measurement value. GRC maturity level at the Corruption Eradication Commission is at the “transformed level” value (range 3.5 - 4.5) with an analysis value of 3.956.
