Perancangan Troli Sebagai Alat Bantu Untuk Perbaikan Postur Kerja Di Stasiun Kerja Dirty Area PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Yogyakarta

Stasiun kerja dirty area PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Yogyakarta masih sangat mengandalkan tenaga manusia. Pada kegiatan manual material handling, ketidakhadiran pekerja karena sakit atau kecelakaan kerja dapat menurunkan produktivitas yang berdampak pada penurunan keuntungan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2022 diketahui bahwa terdapat beberapa unsur pekerjaan yang berisiko tinggi menyebabkan MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders) dan kecelakaan kerja. Untuk itu disusun sebuah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi resiko MSDs dan memperbaiki postur kerja di stasiun kerja dirty area PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Yogyakarta. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa pekerja membutuhkan troli untuk memudahkan memindahkan krat ayam yang berat agar lebih mudah menjangkau tempat yang lebih tinggi dan memindahkan krat ayam ke tempat lain. Untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan alat kerja bantu tersebut dilakukan perbandingan tingkat kesakitan kerja dan postur kerja sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan alat kerja bantu. Tingkat kesakitan pekerja dianalisis menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan analisis postur kerja dilakukan dengan metode Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS). Setelah menggunakan alat bantu, ternyata jumlah bagian tubuh yang dirasa sangat sakit dan pegal oleh pekerja berkurang. Selain itu, postur kerja yang sebelumnya berisiko tinggi menjadi aman setelah pekerja menggunakan alat bantu kerja.

In manual material handling activities, the absence of workers due to illness or work accidents can reduce productivity which has an impact on decreasing company profits. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted in February 2022, it is known that there are several elements of work that are at high risk of causing MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders) and work accidents. For this reason, a study was prepared that aims to reduce the risk of MSDs and improve work posture at the PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Yogyakarta dirty area work station. The results of the preliminary study show that workers need a trolley to make it easier to move heavy chicken crate to make it easier to reach higher places and move the chicken crate to other place. To evaluate the use of these auxiliary work tools, a comparison of the level of work pain and work posture was carried out before and after the use of auxiliary work tools. The worker's pain level was analyzed using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire and the work posture analysis was carried out using the Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) method. After using the auxiliary tool, it was found that the number of body parts that were felt very sick and sore by the workers decreased. In addition, previously high-risk work postures become safe after workers use auxiliary work tools.
