Pariwisata kini menjadi sebuah industri yang sangat diminati masyarakat. Hal ini membuat pariwisata menjadi sektor yang dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan mendukung transformasi ekonomi ke arah yang lebih baik sehingga saat ini dikembangkan konsep community based tourism. Ketika pembangunan masyarakat berhasil maka akan berdampak pada berkurangnya angka pengangguran. Salah satu desa yang telah berhasil menerapkan konsep community-based tourism adalah Pujon Kidul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui agrowisata pertanian di Desa Pujon Kidul menggunakan teori pemberdayaan masyarakat menurut Wrihatnolo dan Dwijowijoto yang menyebutkan terdapat tiga tahap proses pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu tahap penyadaran , tahap peningkatan kapasitas (capacity building) dan pemberian daya dengan mengedepankan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai subjek pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam menentukan informan peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dan purposive sampling. Uji kredibilitas dilakukan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih valid, peneliti melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di sekitar objek wisata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemberdayaan Agrowisata Pujon Kidul melewati 3 tahapan dimulai dari diskusi antara masyarakat dan pemerintah desa sebagai bentuk penyadaran yang dilanjutkan dengan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan studi banding dan masyarakat diberikan daya dalam bentuk pemberian anggaran dana, kelembagaan, dan pemberian tanah desa sebagai fasilitas Agrowisata. Dari ketiga proses pemberdayaan,yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus adalah pada tahap peningkatan kapasitas dalam hal perbaikan resources dari segi taraf pendidikan masyarakat agar sumber daya manusia di Pujon Kidul bisa lebih berkualitas. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di Pujon Kidul telah berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, awalnya menganggur dan tidak berpenghasilan kini bisa memiliki penghasilan 1.5000.000-2.000.000 dari pendapatan sebagai pengelola Agrowisata. Kolaborasi yang baik antar aktor di Pujon Kidul dengan setiap tahapan yang dilewati telah berhasil mengubah kehidupan masyarakat menjadi lebih mandiri dan sejahtera.

When community development is successful, it will have an impact on reducing unemployment. One of the villages that has successfully implemented the concept of community-based tourism is Pujon Kidul. The purpose of this study is to find out the process of community empowerment through agricultural agrotourism in Pujon Kidul Village using the theory of community empowerment according to Wrihatnolo and Dwijowijoto which states that there are three stages of the community empowerment process, namely the awareness stage, the stage ofcapacity buildingand empowerment by prioritizing community participation. as the subject of development. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. In determining the informants, the researcher used snowball sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The credibility test was carried out using the triangulation method and to obtain more valid data, the researchers conducted interviews, observations and documentation around the tourist attraction. Based on the results of the study it was found that the empowerment of Pujon Kidul Agrotourism went through 3 stages starting from discussions between the community and the village government as a form of awareness followed by increasing community capacity through training activities and comparative studies and the community was given power in the form of granting budget funds, institutions, and land grants. village as an agro-tourism facility. Of the three empowerment processes, what needs special attention is at the stage of capacity building in terms of improving risorsis in terms of the level of community education so that human resources in Pujon Kidul can be of higher quality. Community empowerment in Pujon Kidul has had an impact on improving the community's economy, initially unemployed and without income, now they can have an income of 1,5000,000-2,000,000 from their income as an Agrotourism manager. The good collaboration between the actors in Pujon Kidul with every stage passed has succeeded in changing people's lives to become more independent and prosperous.
