This year, the Indonesian government has aligned the COVID-19 vaccination with a large number of minorities that are still developing. On the other hand, the Indonesian government cannot make people adopt COVID-19 prevention because there are a few people using COVID-19 prevention in Indonesia. It is possible that many people are ignorant about COVID-19 prevention currently. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that have correlated between people after vaccination continuing to follow the 5M health protocol or COVID-19 prevention (wear masks, maintain a safe distance, hand hygiene, avoid crowds, and limit mobility) and their implementation level. By distributing an online survey by a Google Form questionnaire from December 2021 to February 2022, 448 participants aged more than 18 years and have 2 and 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination were obtained. A questionnaire consisting of 41 questions was created based on the authors needs and several references with the same research topic after a pilot test. These three predictor variables are the correlation of demographics, knowledge about COVID-19 and vaccination, and perceived risk with COVID-19 exposure after vaccination toward the level of COVID-19 preventive compliance as an outcome variable. All data were analyzed using SPSS with the logistic regression analysis method. The results indicate that 82% of people who have COVID-19 vaccination always obeyed to wear masks consistently and 43% for hand hygiene. Other 3M health protocols (maintaining a safe distance, avoiding crowds, and reduced mobility) are being implemented >40% frequently. Those that have correlation are demographic: gender (female), age (youth and working age), current residence (immigrant), membership of health insurance (BPJS), marital status (married and having children), and experience of COVID-19 exposure (have been exposed) are more likely to comply with COVID-19 prevention. From the aspect of people's knowledge about vaccine and COVID-19, it is found that those who understand the effectiveness of medical guideline in reducing COVID-19 cases tend to be more obedient even though they have been vaccinated. And the perceived risk after getting vaccination from exposure to COVID-19 may drive someone to wear a mask and just keep maintain of safe distance so that they comply with the rules related to COVID-19 based on the perceived risk. Groups that tend to not comply the COVID-19 prevention should upgrade their understanding and awareness about the importance of maintaining health and making a good lifestyle because following health protocols is one of the easiest ways to stay healthy during this pandemic.
