KORELASI SKOR KALSIUM ARTERI KORONER DARI COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY CARDIAC CALCIUM SCORE TERHADAP PROFIL LIPID DARAH PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER

INTISARI Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi skor kalsium arteri koroner dengan profil lipid darah pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional terhadap pasien CT-Cardiac dengan klinis PJK pada bulan Oktober 2019 sampai bulan Oktober 2021. Dengan kriteria inklusi pasien PJK dari berbagai usia yang melakukan pemeriksaan CT-Cardiac skor kalsium arteri koroner di instalasi Radiologi dan hasil laboratorium profil lipid darah di RSUP. Dr. Sardjito. Kritera eksklusi yaitu riwayat pemasangan stent dan menjalani CT Cardiac namun tidak terbaca. Hasil : Analisis bivariat menunjukkan p-value profil lipid darah (HDL p value 0,137, LDL p value 0,379, TC p value 0,560, TG p value 0,734) yang berarti tidak adanya korelasi skor kalsium arteri koroner terhadap profil lipid darah. Namun terdapat korelasi riwayat merokok (p value 0,001) dan jenis kelamin pria terhadap skor kalsium koroner (p value 0,034). Pada 45 subjek didapatkan sebagian besar responden terdiri dari laki-laki dengan usia >55-60 tahun Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat korelasi antara skor kalsium arteri koroner dengan profil lipid darah . Adapun keterbatasan dari penelitian ini sulit didapatkan data jenis terapi sebelumnya maupun lama terapi obat anti lipid darah.

ABSTRACT Objectives: To correlate coronary arterial calcium score based on Computed Tomography Cardiac Calcium Score to blood lipid profile in coronary heart disease patients. Methods: This study is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional study design on patients with coronary heart disease in October 2019 - October 2021 who underwent CT- Cardiac examination. Inclusion criteria were coronary heart disease of various ages perform CT-Cardiac examination of coronary artery calcium scores at the Radiology installation and laboratory results of blood lipid profiles at RSUP. Dr. Sardjito. Exclusion criteria were history of postoperative coronary stent and unreadable images (motion artefact, etc.). Result: Bivariate analysis showed HDL p value 0,137, LDL p value 0,379, TC p value 0,560, TG p value 0,734, which means that there is no correlation between coronary artery calcium score based on CT-Cardiac and blood lipid profile. However, there was a correlation between smoking history (p value 0.001) and male gender with coronary calcium score (p value 0.034).In 45 subjects, the majority of respondents consisted of men with age > 55-60 years. Conclusions: There is no correlation between coronary artery calcium score and blood lipid profile. The limitations of this study are difficult to obtain data on the type of previous therapy and the duration of anti-lipid blood drug therapy. profile
