Peran Perilaku Sehat terhadap Performa Kerja pada Karyawan di Perusahaan E-Commerce

Performa kerja merupakan perilaku dan hasil kerja yang melibatkan karyawan terkait dengan kontribusi untuk keberlangsungan organisasi. Performa kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain motivasi, kepribadian, persepsi, kepuasan kerja, penilaian kinerja, desain kerja, dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi perilaku sehat terhadap performa kerja karyawan di perusahaan e-commerce. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan 127 karyawan yang sudah bekerja minimal 3 bulan pada perusahaan e-commerce. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku sehat memiliki korelasi positif terhadap performa kerja karyawan di perusahaan e-commerce. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Perilaku Sehat dan skala Performa Kerja. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien r hitung sebesar 0,212 dan R Square sebesar 0,045 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,017 (p < 0,05) sehingga hipotesis penelitian ini diterima.

Work performance is the behavior and work results that involve employees related to the contribution to the sustainability of the organization. Work performance can be influenced by several factors, including motivation, personality, perception, job satisfaction, performance appraisal, work design, and job stress. This study aims to determine the correlation of healthy behavior on the work performance of employees in e-commerce companies. The subjects of this study were 127 employees who had worked at least 3 months at an e-commerce company. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that healthy behavior has a positive correlation with employee work performance in e-commerce companies. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Healthy Behavior scale and the Work Performance scale. Analysis of research data using simple linear regression analysis technique which shows the value of the calculated r coefficient of 0.212 and the value of R Square is 0,045 with a significance level of 0.017 (p < 0.05) so that this research hypothesis is accepted.
