Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest forest area in the world and has high carbon stocks. Carbon measurement can be done through remote sensing by modeling pixel values into carbon estimation values by utilizing index transformations to improve estimation accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Sentinel 2 imagery, to find out the best transformation index to model the above-ground carbon stock, to determine the distribution and capacity of the above-surface carbon stock at KHDTK Wanagama. Sentinel-2 imagery was used to model the estimated carbon stock at KHDTK Wanagama, the index transformation used was NDVI, SAVI, ARVI, and MSARVI which were regressed based on per-species allometric. There are 4 (four) species with the largest area in KHDTK Wanagama for which carbon estimation is carried out, namely Acacia, Eucalyptus, Gliricidia, and Mahogany. The AGC value of the field data will be analyzed by regression and AGC modeling will be carried out for each species in each index. The results of the modeling show the difference in the best index for each species. The results of the modeling show that the SAVI index is the best index for carbon estimates for Acacia and Mahogany species, while the ARVI index is the best index for carbon estimates for Eucalyptus and Gliricidia species. Acacia species have a carbon storage capacity of 78.6 tons/ha with an accuracy of 41.24%, Eucalyptus species have a carbon storage capacity of 0.124 tons/ha with an accuracy of 31.08%. Gliricidia species have a carbon storage capacity of 43.26 tons/ha with an accuracy of 46.05% and mahogany species have a storage capacity of 336.28 tons/ha with an accuracy of 51.5%. The total carbon stock of the four species in KHDTK Wanagama is 24,278,167 tons with the most dominant distribution of carbon stock in the Mahogany species.
