Gambaran Perilaku Perawat Manajer tentang Lingkup Praktik Keperawatan di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Latar Belakang: Adanya tuntutan etika professional serta kompetensi yang sering berubah-ubah dapat mempengaruhi perilaku perawat manajer dalam melakukan pelayanan praktik keperawatan selama kondisi pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran perilaku perawat manajer tentang lingkup praktik keperawatan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Penelitian deskripsi kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Dilaksanakan pada 105 perawat manajer dengan metode total sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner ASCOP dengan 26 item pertanyaan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dimana digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil: Mayoritas responden perawat manajer adalah primary nurse(62.9%), telah bekerja sebagai perawat selama lebih dari 10 tahun (83.3%), pendidikan S1(59.0%), dan bekerja antara 7 sampai 9 jam (92.4%). Nilai mean tertinggi berdasarkan distribusi dimensi terdapat pada dimensi assessment and care planning (5.04) sedang nilai mean terendah pada dimensi integration supervision of staff(4.18). Kesimpulan: Perilaku perawat manajer menunjukkan sering melakukan praktik keperawatan sesuai lingkup praktik keperawatan di semua dimensi selama masa pandemi COVID-19.

Background: The demands of professional ethics and competencies that often change can affect the behavior of nurse managers in carrying out nursing practice services during the COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Objective: Knowing the description of nurse manager behavior regarding the scope of nursing practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional research design. It was carried out on 105 nurse managers with the total sampling method. The questionnaire used is the ASCOP questionnaire with 26 question items. The analysis used is univariate analysis where descriptive statistical analysis is used. Result: The majority of nurse manager respondents were primary nurses (62.9%), had worked as a nurse for more than 10 years (83.3%), had a bachelor's degree education (59.0%), and worked between 7 to 9 hours (92.4%). The highest mean value based on the dimensional distribution is found in the assessment and care planning dimension (5.04) while the lowest mean value is in the integration supervision of staff dimension (4.18). Conclusion: The behavior of nurse managers shows that they often practice nursing according to the scope of nursing practice in all dimensions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
