UNSUR-UNSUR INTRINSIK CERPEN AZMAH AL-MUSAQQAFINA DALAM ANTOLOGI ULBATUN MIN AS SAFIHI KARYA IHSAN ABDU AL QUDDUS: ANALISIS STRUKTURAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan unsur-unsur intrinsik yang terkandung dalam cerpen Azmah Al-Musaqqafina dalam antologi Ulbatun min as Safihi karya Ihsan Abdu al-Quddus serta keterkaitan antar unsur instrinsik yang ada di dalamnya sehingga menghasilkan makna. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori struktural dengan metode analisis struktural. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh utama dalam cerpen ini adalah tokoh Aku karena tokoh Aku paling banyak diceritakan, mengalami peristiwa, dan berhubungan dengan tokoh lain. Tokoh Aku adalah seorang intelektual yang memiliki standar ganda dalam kehidupannya. Adapun tokoh tambahan dalam cerita ini adalah Franzues dan Atiyyah. Franzues merupakan seorang gadis Perancis yang merupakan istri pertama tokoh Aku sekaligus sebagai teman kuliah tokoh Aku dalam menempuh gelar doktoral di Paris. Atiyyah seorang gadis Mesir dan seorang istri yang diceraikan oleh tokoh Aku melalui surat yang dituliskannya. Alur yang digunakan adalah alur mundur atau flash back. Latar tempat secara umum dalam cerpen ini adalah kota Iskandaria, Mesir, dan kota Paris, Perancis. Latar tempat secara khusus adalah di Paris. Latar waktu tidak digambarkan secara spesifik oleh pengearang dalam cerpen. Latar sosial pada cerpen ini adalah gambaran dua perbedaan sosial dan budaya antara Mesir dengan Perancis. Tema cerpen ini adalah kecerdasan tanpa disertai kebijaksanaan dapat mengakibatkan kehancuran diri sendiri dan menyakiti orang lain. Sarana sastranya adalah judul dan sudut pandang. Judul cerpen Azmah al Musaqqafinaa dalam Bahasa Indonesia adalah Krisis Intelektual. Judul tersebut mengacu kepada tema. Adapun sudut pandang yang digunakan dalam cerpen ini adalah sudut pandang orang pertama-utama. Cerpen ini memiliki keterkaitan antarunsur, yaitu tema dengan tokoh, tema dengan alur dan tema dengan judul. Keterkaitan antarunsur tersebut menghasilkan makna cerita yang utuh.

This research aims to reveal the intrinsic elements contained in Azmah al Musaqqafina's short story in the anthology Ulbatun min as Safihi by Ihsan Abdu al Quddus and the interrelationships between the intrinsic elements in it and produce meaning. The theory used in this research is structural theory with structural analysis method. After analyzing the short story Azmah al Musaqqafina, it can be concluded as follows. The main character in this short story is the character I because the character I is told the most, experienced the most events, and has the most contact with other characters. My character is an intellectual who has double standards in his life. The additional characters in this story are Franzues and Atiyyah. Franzues is a French girl who is the first wife of the character I as well as a college friend of the character I in pursuing a doctoral degree in Paris. Atiyyah is an Egyptian girl and a wife who is divorced by the character I through a letter he wrote. The additional characters in this story are Franzues and Atiyyah. The flow used is backwards or flash back. The general setting in this short story is the city of Alexandria, Egypt and the city of Paris, France. All day background. The time setting is not specifically described by the author. The social setting is to describe the two differences in social and cultural behavior between Egypt and France. The theme of this short story is intelligence without wisdom in accepting a partner's past can lead to the breakdown of households and hurt loved ones. The literary tools are the title and point of view. The title of the short story Azmah al Musaqqafina translated into Indonesian is Crisis Intellectual . It refers to the theme. The point of view used in this short story is the first-person point of view. This short story has interrelationships between elements, namely a theme with a character, a theme with a plot and a theme with a title. The interrelationships between these elements produce a complete meaning of the story.
