IMPLIKATUR TUTURAN DALAM KARIKATUR BERTEMA PANDEMI COVID-19 DALAM INSTAGRAM @AL_WATANQATAR: TINJAUAN PRAGMATIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan jenis-jenis tindak tutur dan menjelaskan implikatur yang terdapat pada tuturan karikatur bertema pandemi Covid-19 dalam Instagram @al_watanqatar. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pragmatik dengan menggunakan 3 metode penelitian, yaitu metode penyediaan data, metode analisis data, dan metode penyajian hasil analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa di dalam karikatur akun Instagram @al_watanqatar terdapat 5 jenis tindak tutur ilokusi. Tindak tutur tersebut adalah asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Di dalam karikatur tersebut juga ditemukan 13 jenis implikatur, yaitu informasi, ajakan, sindiran, lelucon, kritikan, kepanikan, perintah, motivasi, apresiasi/empati, peringatan, berharap/harapan, tawaran, kesedihan, nasihat, dan anjuran. Karikatur bertema Covid-19 yang mengandung informasi, sindiran, dan perintah banyak ditemukan pada edisi Februari-Mei 2020. Pemerintah berharap dari karikatur tersebut masyarakat dapat lebih peduli dalam melakukan pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 agar pandemi dapat segera berakhir.

This research aims to describe the types of speech acts and explain the implications contained in the Covid-19 pandemic themed caricature speech on Instagram @al_watanqatar. This research uses pragmatic theory by using three research methods, namely data provision methods, data analysis methods, and methods of presenting data analysis results. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that in the caricature of the Instagram account @al_watanqatar there are 5 types of ilokusi speech acts. The speech acts are assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. In the caricature also found 13 types of implicature, namely, information, invitation, satire, joke, criticism, panic, command, motivation, appreciation /empathy, warning, hope, offer, sadness, advice, and suggestion. Covid-19 themed caricature containing information, satire and command were found in the February-May 2020 editions. The government hopes that from the caricature, the public can be more concerned in preventing the spread of Covid-19 so that the pandemic can end soon.
