Inovasi Sosial dan Strategi Survive Masyarakat di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Desa Sendangtirto, Berbah, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta)

Latar Belakang Munculnya Pandemi Covid-19 atau yang kerap disebut sebagai “Corona Virus” membawa banyak perubahan bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Beberapa aspek kehidupan salah satunya ekonomi menjadi bidang yang paling ter dampak dari adanya Pandemi Covid-19 ini. Perombakan berbagai struktur dan munculnya aturan baru menjadi langkah guna mempertahankan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat atau disebut sebagai pola adaptasi yang memunculkan inovasi. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji pentingnya inovasi di masa Pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan acuan data UMKM Desa Sendangtirto. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data primer. Pengolahan data primer ini berdasarkan wawancara dan survey baik secara langsung maupun online kepada masyarakat Desa Sendangtirto dengan kriteria khusus seperti memiliki UMKM maupun bekerja pada UMKM di Desa Sendangtirto. Metode penulisan ini juga dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana merupakan jenis pendekatan yang dapat memahami peristiwa Covid-19 terhadap kondisi ekonomi UMKM masyarakat desa melalui informasi yang disampaikan dari berbagai informan dan kemudian diolah menjadi penulisan yang menjelaskan fenomena dan memunculkan solusi dari peristiwa tersebut. Hasil Pertama, Pandemi Covid-19 cukup berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Terdapat penurunan pendapatan pelaku UMKM. Kedua, munculnya perubahan perilaku dan struktur kehidupan yang bertujuan untuk strategi bertahan di masa krisis Pandemi Covid-19. Terdapatnya perilaku adaptasi di tengah kondisi krisis menjadi bentuk survive. Perilaku adaptasi yang kemudian menumbuhkan semangat inovasi menjadi langkah untuk bangkit di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Ketiga, terdapatnya inovasi dalam UMKM membawa implikasi positif bagi peningkatan ekonomi pelaku usaha di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Adanya gagasan dan pemikiran baru dari UMKM tersebut juga membawa kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat desa sekitar. Keempat, pentingnya respon dan juga bantuan lembaga terkait dapat mendorong dan memudahkan terwujudnya inovasi. Edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya perubahan dan juga pentingnya teknologi informasi dapat membawa kemajuan bagi kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat.

Background : The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic or what is often referred to as the Corona Virus has brought many changes to people's lives. Several aspects of life, one of which is the economy, is the area most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The reshuffling of various structures and the emergence of new rules are steps to maintain the economic condition of the community or referred to as an adaptation pattern that gives rise to innovation. This study seeks to examine the importance of innovation during the Covid-19 Pandemic by using data reference for MSMEs in Sendangtirto Village. Methods : This study uses a qualitative method with a primary data analysis approach. This primary data processing is based on interviews and surveys both directly and online to the people of Sendangtirto Village with special criteria such as having MSMEs or working for MSMEs in Sendangtirto Village. This writing method is also carried out with a case study approach, which is a type of approach that can understand the Covid-19 event on the economic condition of rural MSMEs through information submitted from various informants and then processed into writing that explains the phenomenon and brings up solutions for the event. Results : First, the Covid-19 pandemic has quite an impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. There is a decrease in the income of MSME actors. Second, the emergence of changes in behavior and the structure of life aimed at strategies to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. The existence of adaptive behavior in the midst of crisis conditions is a form of survival. Adaptive behavior which then fosters a spirit of innovation is a step to rise during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Third, the existence of innovation in MSMEs has positive implications for improving the economy of business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The existence of new ideas and thoughts from MSMEs also brings prosperity to the surrounding village community. Fourth, the importance of response and assistance from related institutions can encourage and facilitate the realization of innovation. Education and socialization regarding the importance of change and also the importance of information technology can bring progress to the socio-economic life of the community.
