Analisis Risiko Rantai Pasok Pada Usaha Kecil Bolu Panggang Khas Magetan

Bolu panggang Magetan merupakan oleh-oleh yang dihasilkan salah satu usaha kecil di daerah Magetan. Berdasarkan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah meningkat secara signifikan dari tahun 2019 berjumlah 64.1 juta bertumbuh hingga 65 juta pada tahun 2021. Namun, hal tersebut tidak sejalan dengan pendapatan usaha kecil bolu panggang khas Magetan yang mengalami penurunan drastis. Sebelum pandemi, para pengusaha bisa meraup omzet sebesar Rp268 juta per tahun, menurun hingga Rp125 juta per tahun. Hal tersebut menjadi hal yang memprihatinkan karena beberapa hal terjadi di rantai pasok. Hal tersebut menjadi fokus peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian agar mendapat solusi terbaik bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan House of Risk (H.OR) dan Supply Chain Operation Refference (S.COR). Ditemukan 37 risk event dan 37 risk agent yang diidentifikasi, sedangkan saat menggunakan HOR 1 ditemukan 6 risiko yang butuh segera dimitigasi. Dari 6 risiko tersebut dihitung dengan HOR 2 dan ditemukan evaluasi kinerja supplier yang memiliki nilai rasio efektivitas total terhadap tingkat kesulitan (ETDk) tertinggi dan merupakan ranking 1.

Baked Bolu is Magetan signature pastry small businesses in Magetan area. Baked Bolu small businesses showed decreased income, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) on the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises although the product selling increased significantly from 2019 with 64.1 million, growing to 65 million in 2021. The sales revenue of Baked Boli small business, before the pandemic reached turnover of Rp. 268 million per year to Rp. 125 million per year after pandemic hit. This phenomenon has become concern because it is due to several things happening in the supply chain. This concern is the reason for researchers to conduct study to provide the best solution for the business imvolved. This study used House of Risk (H.OR) and Supply Chain Operation Reference (S.COR). There were 37 risk events and 37 risk agents identified and by using HOR 1, 6 risks needed to be immediately mitigated. Of the 6 risks calculated by HOR 2 evaluation of the supplier's performance which has the highest total effectiveness ratio to difficulty level or (ETDk) and is ranked 1.
