PENGARUH KONSOLIDASI LAHAN TERHADAP EFISIENSI ALOKATIF USAHATANI PADI DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui produktivitas padi petani konsolidasi lahan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produksi padi petani konsolidasi lahan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo (3) mengetahui tingkat efisiensi alokatif petani konsolidasi lahan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dalangan, Kecamatan Tawangsari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 petani pemilik penggarap sebelum penerapan konsolidasi lahan dan setelah penerapan konsolidasi lahan. Data dianalisis dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dan analisis efisiensi alokatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa (1) produktivitas padi petani konsolidasi lahan sesudah konsolidasi dilaksanakan lebih besar daripada produktivitas padi sebelum konsolidasi lahan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2) faktor-faktor produksi yang berpengaruh positif pada produksi padi petani konsolidasi lahan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo adalah luas lahan, benih, dan penerapan konsolidasi lahan, (3) Penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan dan benih belum efisien secara alokatif.

This study aims to (1) determine the productivity of rice farmers in land consolidation in Sukoharjo Regency. (2) determine the factors that influence the rice production of farmers on land consolidation in Sukoharjo Regency (3) determine the level of allocative efficiency of farmers on land consolidation in Sukoharjo Regency. This research was conducted in Dalangan Village, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency. Sampling by simple random sampling with a sample size of 30 smallholder farmers before the application of land consolidation and after the application of land consolidation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method with the Cobb-Douglas production function and allocative efficiency analysis. The results showed that (1) the productivity of rice farmers on land consolidation after the consolidation was carried out was greater than the productivity of rice before land consolidation was carried out in Sukoharjo Regency, (2) the production factors that had a positive effect on the rice production of farmers on land consolidation in Sukoharjo Regency were land area. , seeds, and the application of land consolidation, (3) The use of production factors of land area and seeds has not been allocatively efficient.
