Profil Usaha Pembenihan Lele (Clarias sp.) di Kota Pekalongan

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui profil usaha pembenihan lele di Kota Pekalongan dari aspek teknis dan aspek usaha.Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Terdapat 8 responden yang dipilih dengan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Lokasi penelitian berada di wilayah Kecamatan Pekalongan Barat dan Pekalongan Selatan pada bulan September 2021 sampai dengan Oktober 2021. Parameter profil usaha dari aspek teknis meliputi karakteristik pembenih, skala produksi, tenaga kerja, dan teknis produksi. Parameter dari aspek usaha yaitu struktur biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur pembenih lele termasuk dalam usia produktif. Mayoritas lama usaha pembenihan lele sudah berlangsung lebih dari 5 tahun sebanyak 6 orang. Rerata ukuran induk yang digunakan adalah 2,26 ± 0,3 kg. Produksi benih lele dalam satu siklus pembenihan mencapai 72.875 ekor dengan rerata luasan kolam sebesar 103 m 2 . Strain Sangkuriang merupakan varian paling dominan dalam usaha pembenihan dengan persentase sebesar 75%. Cara pemijahan induk dilakukan secara alami tanpa penambahan perlakuan apapun. Besaran total biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam satu siklus pembenihan adalah Rp 3.665.033,00 dengan rincian biaya tetap sebesar Rp 220.058,00 dan biaya tidak tetap sebanyak Rp 3.444.975,00. Rerata penerimaan dari penjualan benih sebesar 72.875 ekor adalah Rp 9.285.625,00. Perolehan pendapatan dalam satu siklus sebesar Rp 5.620.592,00. Indikator kelayakan usaha menunjukkan Rasio R/C sebesar 2,53, BEP Unit sebesar 23.645 ekor dan BEP Harga Rp 50,00/ekor.

This study aims to determine the profile of the catfish hatchery business in Pekalongan from the technical and business aspects. This research used descriptive analysis method. There were 8 respondents who were selected using the saturated sampling method or census. The research location is in the West and South Pekalongan sub-districts on September-October 2021. The business profile parameters from the technical aspect include the characteristics of the breeder, production scale, labor, and production techniques. The parameters of business aspect are cost structure, revenue, income, and feasibility. The results showed that the age of catfish breeders was included in the productive age. The majority of catfish hatchery businesses have been standing more than 5 years with 6 labor.The average of parents size is 2,26 ± 0,3 kg. Catfish seed production in one hatchery cycle reached 72,875 with average of pond area 103 m2. Sangkuriang strain is the most dominant variant in hatchery business with a percentage of 75%. The breeding used natural spawning without any addition. The total cost in one seedling cycle is IDR 3,594,397 with fixed costs IDR 149,423 and variable costs IDR 3,444,975. The average of revenue from 72,875 catfish seeds is IDR 9,285,000. The income is IDR 5.620.592/cycle. The ratio of R/C, BEP Unit, and BEP of business feasibility respectively are 2,53, 23.645 seeds, and IDR 50/seed.
