Research on the profile of heavy metals (Ti, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, and Hg) and its correlation with physical morphometry in several species of fish from Baron, Gunungkidul, DIY has been done. The aims of this research are to compare the heavy metal content in fish with the quality standards, and to determine a chemometric approach through correlation analysis. This result was started by measuring fish morphometry that includes length and weight of the fish. The muscle of sample was separated for drying using freeze dry method, then sample was crushed to produce powder form. Furthermore, the sample was digested by wet digestion method using 65% HNO3 solution and then digested by microwave digestor (gradual temperature to 175 oC for 1 hour), the sample was diluted by double deionized water until 25 mL for Ti, Ni, As, Cd, and Pb analysis with ICP-MS. The concentration of Hg was measured by mercury analyzer without digestion process. Based on the results, the As concentration exceeded the maximum limit of BPOM RI No. 5 Year 2018 in several fish species from Baron. There are correlation between heavy metals concentration of Cd and Ti with the length and weight fish. The correlation showed significantly positive (p<0,05) and negative (p<0,05) in several fish species from Baron.
