Valuasi Pariwisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu Di Kabupaten Ende Tahun 2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan nilai ekonomi dalam penggunaan (value in use) menggunakan travel cost method (TCM) dan pendekatan pendapatan dengan metode discounted cash flows untuk tujuan optimalisasi aset serta menganalisis manfaat sosial dan lingkungan sesuai sustainable development goals dan green economy Pariwisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu. Tujuannya diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan atau pertimbangan dalam pengambilan kebijakan oleh pengelola dan pemerintah terkait peningkatan potensi dan optimalisasi aset pariwisata. Sampel yang digunakan dalam survei ini berjumlah150 responden. Nilai ekonomi dalam penggunaan (value in use) Pariwisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu pada tanggal penilaian 20 November 2021 berdasarkan TCM adalah sebesar Rp261.880.580.214,00 dan berdasarkan pendekatan pendapatan dengan metode DCF adalah sebesar Rp20.869.048.000,00. Analisis sosial Pariwisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu merupakan wadah pelaksanaan kegiatan adat yang melibatkan masyarakat adat dari berbagai desa di sekitar Danau Kelimutu. Analisis lingkungan wisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu berbasis SDGs dan green economy melalui industri tekstil lokal misalnya masyarakat membuat souvenir berupa kain tenunan, selempang dengan motif daerah dari bahan pewarna alami yang diperoleh dari lingkungan alam sekitar.

This study aims to estimate the economic value in use using the travel cost method (TCM) and the income approach using discounted cash flows (DCF) for the purpose of asset optimization as well as analyze social and environmental benefits according to the sustainable development goals (SDGs) and green economy Tourism Kelimutu National Park. The goal is expected to be a reference or consideration in policy-making by managers and government-related increase in the potential and the optimization of the assets of tourism. The sample used in this survey berjumlah150 respondents. Economic value in use of Tourism Kelimutu National Park on the valuation date 20 November 2021 based on TCM is by Rp261.880.580.214,00 and based on the Income Approach with the DCF method is Rp20.869.048.000,00. The analysis of social Tourism Kelimutu National Park is the container of the implementation of custom activities involving indigenous peoples from different villages around the Lake Kelimutu. The analysis of the Kelimutu National Park based on the SDGs and the green Eeonomy through the local textile industry for example, the society make a gift in the form of woven cloth, sash with the motif of the area of natural dyes obtained from the natural environment around
