Konsep Ilmu Sosial Mohammad Hatta Dilihat Dari Perspektif Program Riset Ilmiah Imre Lakatos

Metodologi ilmu merupakan bagian dari diskursus filsafat ilmu. Pemikiran Mohammad Hatta tentang ilmu sosial seperti ekonomi dan politik memiliki potensi sebagai kontributor dalam motodologi ilmu. Melalui kacamata metodologi Ilmu program riset ilmiah Imre Lakatos, penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan konsep pemikiran Mohammad Hatta di dalam ilmu sosial, kemudian membuat pemahaman baru terhadap ilmu sosial Mohammad Hatta dalam lingkup metodologi ilmu Imre Lakatos. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian historis-faktual mengenai tokoh menggunakan studi kepustakaan terhadap pemikiran Mohammad Hatta sebagai objek material dan korelasinya dengan pandangan Lakatos terhadap metodologi ilmu sebagai objek formal. Analisa dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah metodis kefilsafatan yaitu Interpretasi, Koherensi intern, Kesinambungan historis, Heuristika, Refleksi, dan Deskripsi. Adapun temuan utama penelitian bahwa pemikiran Mohammad Hatta mengenai �kedaulatan rakyat� merupakan sumbangsih pembentukan norma dalam perkembangan ilmu sosial yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: Pertama, kedaulatan rakyat merupakan basis dari konsep demokrasi ekonomi dan demokrasi politik. Kedua, kedaulatan rakyat diletakkan sebagai sebagai hard core dalam program riset ilmiah ilmu sosial. Ketiga, heuristik positif ilmu sosial Hatta menekankan pada pluralisme dalam ekonomi dan politik. Keempat, heuristik negatif merujuk pada pembatasan terhadap totaliterisme politik dan kapitalisme ekonomi. Terakhir, masa depan ilmu sosial Mohammad Hatta terletak pada cara untuk memprediksi peran negara dan masyarakat sebagai sebuah Oto-Aktivitet.

The methodology of science is part of the discourse on the philosophy of science. Mohammad Hatta's thoughts on social sciences such as economics and politics have potential as contributors to the methodology of science. Through the eyes of the Science methodology of Imre Lakatos' scientific research program, this study aims to explain the concept of Mohammad Hatta's thought in the social sciences, then create a new understanding of Mohammad Hatta's social science within the scope of Imre Lakatos's methodology. This research is historical-factual research on the character using a literature study of Mohammad Hatta's thoughts as a material object and its correlation with Lakatos's view of the methodology of science as a formal object. The analysis is carried out using philosophical methodical steps, namely Interpretation, Internal Coherence, Historical Continuity, Heuristics, Reflection, and Description. The main finding of the study is that Mohammad Hatta's thoughts on "people's sovereignty" are a contribution to the formation of norms in the sustainable development of social science in Indonesia. The results of this study include: First, popular sovereignty is the basis of the concepts of economic democracy and political democracy. Second, people's sovereignty is placed as hardcore in social science scientific research programs. Third, Hatta's positive social science heuristic emphasizes pluralism in economics and politics. Fourth, negative heuristics refer to restrictions on political totalitarianism and economic capitalism. Finally, the future of Mohammad Hatta's social science lies in how to predict the role of the state and society as an Auto-Activity.
