Pengembangan Subsistem Pengelolaan Rekam Medis pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) di Puskesmas Warungasem Kabupaten Batang

2022 | Tugas Akhir | D4 MANAJEMEN INFORMASI KESEHATANLatar Belakang: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) di unit rekam medis Puskesmas Warungasem hanya digunakan untuk kegiatan pengumpulan, penyimpanan, serta pengolahan data sebatas menampilkan data kunjungan pasien. Tidak adanya sistem telusur berkas rekam medis menyebabkan petugas kesulitan apabila terjadi misfile dan menjadi salah satu penyebab duplikasi rekam medis. Selain itu juga pemberian nomor rekam medis masih menggunakan buku bank nomor manual. Diperlukan pengembangan subsistem pengelolaan rekam medis pada SIMPUS yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuan: Menghasilkan prototipe pengembangan subsistem pengelolaan rekam medis pada SIMPUS sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Metode: Perancangan menggunakan metode waterfall. Analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Perancangan UML menggunakan Microsoft Visio 2016 dan perancangan desain antarmuka sistem menggunakan Figma. Pembuatan prototipe menggunakan Sublime, Apache, PHP 7.4, dan MySQL. Hasil: Hasil perancangan adalah prototipe yang dibuat berdasarkan rancangan UML terdiri dari use case dan activity diagram. Rancangan desain tampilan antarmuka terdiri dari 21 tampilan pada subsistem pengelolaan rekam medis. Kesimpulan: Prototipe ini dibuat sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan, telah dilakukan uji coba, serta evaluasi dan mendapatkan umpan balik saran perbaikan dari pengguna, dan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh tim IT Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Batang.
Management in the medical record unit of the Warungasem Health Center is only used for data collection activities through patient registration, data storage, and data processing which is only limited to displaying patient visit data with limited information. The absence of a medical record file tracing system causes duplication of medical record files. It's also because of the provision of medical record numbers using a manual bank book number. Therefore, it is necessary to update the medical record management subsystem on Primary Healthcare Information System Management in accordance with user needs to overcome the problems. Objective : PHIS Management in the medical record unit of the Warungasem Healthcare is only used for data collection activities through patient registration, data storage, and data processing which is only limited to displaying patient visit data with limited information. We produced a prototype to update of the medical record management subsystem in the PHIS in accordance with user needs to overcome the problems. Methods : This design used the waterfall method. Needs analysis was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The design of the UML was carried out using Microsoft Visio 2016 and for interface design used Figma. Prototyping used Sublime, Apache, PHP 7.4, MySQL. Results : The result is a prototype made based on the UML design which consists of use cases and activity diagrams, an interface design consisting of 21 views on the medical record management subsystem. Conclusion : Prototype has been made in accordance with the analysis of data needs, has been tested, evaluated, got feedback and suggestions for improvement from users, and could be developed by the Public Health Service IT team as the development of PHIS Management In Batang District.
