Perubahan Preferensi Pemilihan Moda Transportasi Bagi Pekerja Di D.I. Yogyakarta Akibat Pandemi COVID-19

Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan kondisi penyebaran virus corona secara cepat dan meluas dari tahun 2020 hingga saat ini, sehingga menyebabkan penurunan mobilitas khususnya pekerja akibat kebijakan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat oleh pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis perilaku pekerja dalam pemilihan moda transportasi dengan studi kasus masyarakat yang bekerja di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta. Teknis pengambilan data dengan kuesioner online melalui google form untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden, karakteristik perjalanan, dan urutan karakteristik kendaraan yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif pemilihan moda dan rank spearman test. Hasil penelitian karakteristik responden di DIY berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir, pendapatan, dan jenis pekerjaan menghasilkan mayoritas memilih kendaraan pribadi berupa sepeda motor sebagai moda transportasi untuk bekerja baik sebelum pandemi maupun selama pandemi COVID-19. Karakteristik perjalanan meliputi biaya, jarak, dan waktu perjalanan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata rho > 0,99, maka korelasi hubungan variabelnya sangat kuat. Urutan peringkat pertama hingga keempat karakteristik kendaraan yaitu faktor kecepatan, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan biaya perjalanan dengan persentase perubahan moda transportasi akibat pandemi COVID-19 sebesar 7,03 persen.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a condition of the rapid and widespread spread of the corona virus from 2020 to the present, causing a decrease in mobility, especially for workers due to the government's policy of restricting community activities. Therefore, a study was conducted to analyze the behavior of workers in the selection of transportation modes with case studies of people working in the Province of D.I. Yogyakarta. Technical data collection with online questionnaires via google form to determine the characteristics of respondents, travel characteristics, and the order of vehicle characteristics that affect the choice of transportation modes. Data analysis used descriptive method of mode selection and rank spearman test. The results of the research on the characteristics of respondents in DIY based on gender, age, last education, income, and type of work resulted in the majority choosing private vehicles in the form of motorbikes as a mode of transportation for work both before the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The characteristics of the trip including cost, distance, and travel time resulted in an average value of rho > 0.99, so the correlation between the variables was very strong. The first to fourth rank order of vehicle characteristics are speed, comfort, safety, and travel costs with the percentage change in transportation modes due to the COVID-19 pandemic of 7.03 percent.
