Fresh groundwater that will be used by humans must fulfill the quality standart from the government, one of the causes that groundwater does not qualify the quality standart is seawater intrusion. Seawater intrusion is a process of entering the seawater below ground surface through aquifer, and/or process of trapped fresh groundwater by seawater into the aquifer. The study used stable isotopes analysis (D and 18O) for determine the status of salted that happen in grounwater and percentage of seawater intrusion into groundwater in Sukomanunggal district and its surrounding. Water physics analysis such as the value of Electrical Conductivity, the value of Total Dissolve Solid, and the value of salinity are used to support the determination of seawater intrusion. Water chemical analysis such as triliniear piper diagram analysis, value of molar ratio method, and chloride-bicarbonate ratio are used to support additional determination of seawater intrusion into groundwater. The result of stable isotope analysis D and 18O, water physics parameter analysis, and water chemistry parameter analysis showed that sample J-04 has symptoms of seawater intrusion with a fraction of 14.7%, sample J-07 has symptoms of seawater intrusion with fraction of 48.7%, sample J-08 does not occur to have seawater intrusion besides the salting occurred due to dissolution of salt minerals in the rock, and sample J-09 intruded by seawater with fraction of 15%. The percentage of seawater fraction in groundwater sample of J-08 and J-09 reduce in the rainy season, therefore season affect seawater intrusion. Groundwater samples that indicated by seawater intrusion (sample J-04, J-07, J-08, and J-09) should not be used for consumption and household purposes because they have value that surpass the standart value limit.
