Perancangan Pengendali Analog pada Topologi Phase Shifted Full Bridge untuk On Board Battery Charger Mobil Listrik E-Semar Menggunakan IC UCC28951 dan IR2110S

Topologi PSFB dipilih karena mampu mencapai kondisi Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) ketika beroperasi, sehingga dapat mengurangi rugi-rugi daya akibat proses switching. Pada skripsi ini, dipilih pengendali analog dengan IC UCC28951 karena sudah dapat mengakomodir tercapainya ZVS, memiliki package yang kecil, memiliki beberapa fitur proteksi dan dapat beroperasi pada mode Voltage Control Mode (VMC) maupun Current Control Mode (CMC). Sebagai gate driver¸ digunakan IC IR2110S karena dapat mendukung operasi bootstrap, memiliki 2 output channel (high side, low side) dan package yang kecil. Perancangan nilai komponen pengendali dilakukan agar pengendali dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fitur yang disediakan. Selain itu, perancangan board juga dilakukan agar memiliki desain yang compact, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan sebagai on board battery charger.
A DC/DC converter with a Phase Shifted Full Bridge (PSFB) topology is used in the design of the on board battery charger for e-Semar car. The PSFB topology was chosen because it is able to achieve Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) conditions when operating, so as to reduce power losses due to the switching process. In this thesis, an analog controller with IC UCC28951 was chosen because it can accommodate the achievement of ZVS, has a small package, has several protection features and can operate in Voltage Control Mode (VMC) and Current Control Mode (CMC) modes. As a gate driver, IC IR2110S is used because it can support bootstrap operation, has 2 output channels (high side, low side) and a small package. The design of the controller�s components value is carried out so that the controller can work according to the features provided. In addition, the board design is also carried out so that it has a compact design and can be implemented as an on board battery charger.
