Analisis Produktivitas Pada Proses Produksi Di PT Mega Inovasi Organik DIY

Semakin berkembangnya perusahaan industri maka akan mengalami persaingan yang semikin ketat, sehingga upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kepada seluruh tingkat dalam perusahaan perlu dilakukan. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan produktivitas yaitu dengan cara mengukur produktivitas dengan tujuannya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat produktivitas perusahaan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, sehingga menghasilkan rencana perbaikan pada periode mendatang. PT Mega Inovasi Organik merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak dibidang produk organik alami, salah satu produknya yaitu gula semut. Pengukuran produktivitas pada PT Mega Inovasi Organik akan menggunakan metode pengukuran produktivitas parsial berdasarkan output gula semut kering serta input produk setengah jadi, energi listrik, dan mesin. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian dengan periode dasar bulan April yaitu nilai produktivitas mesin pada bulan April sebesar 6,33, Mei sebesar 7,80, Juni sebesar 7,29, dan Juli sebesar 8,71. Nilai produktivitas energi listrik pada bulan April sebesar 1327,10, Mei sebesar 543,24, Juni sebesar 493,56, dan Juli sebesar 572,01. Nilai produktivitas produk setengah jadi pada bulan April sebesar 1,72, Mei sebesar 1,68, Juni sebesar 1,709 dan Juli sebesar 1,714. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa, produktivitas parsial pada mesin mengalami kenaikan yang cukup segnifikan, sedangkan pada energi listrik dan produk setengah jadi terjadi penurunan. Hal tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh peningkatan input lebih tinggi dibandingkan peningkatan output, yang artinya perusahaan belum dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya dengan efektif dan efisien.

As industrial companies grow, they will experience increasingly fierce competition, so efforts to increase productivity at all levels within the company need to be carried out. One of the efforts to increase productivity is by measuring productivity with the aim of knowing the extent to which the company's productivity level and the factors that influence it, so as to produce improvement plans in the coming period. PT Mega Innovation Organic is an industrial company engaged in natural organic products, one of its products is ant sugar. Measurement of productivity at PT Mega Innovation Organic will use a partial productivity measurement method based on the output of dried palm sugar as well as the input of raw materials, electrical energy, and machinery. The results obtained based on research with the basic period of April, namely the value of machine productivity in April of 6.33, May of 7.80, June of 7.29, and July of 8.71. The value of electrical energy productivity in April was 1327.10, May was 543.24, June was 493.56, and July was 572.01. The value of raw material productivity in April was 1.72, May was 1.68, June was 1.709 and July was 1.714. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the partial productivity of the machine has increased quite significantly, while the electrical energy and raw materials have decreased. This can be caused by the increase in input is higher than the increase in output, which means that the company has not been able to utilize resources effectively and efficiently.
