Proses Komunikasi dalam Pengelolaan Depresi Anggota Kelompok Yayasan Victory Plus

Proses komunikasi dan interaksi berperan aktif dalam penyelesaian berbagai macam masalah dalam kelompok. Penelitian yang berjudul Proses Komunikasi dalam Pengelolaan Depresi Anggota Kelompok Yayasan Victory Plus memiliki rumusan masalah berupa bagaimana proses interaksi dan komunikasi dalam Yayasan Victory Plus dapat membantu dan mengurangi risiko depresi pada ODHA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menjelaskan peran proses interaksi dan komunikasi seperti apa yang diinisiasi oleh Yayasan Victory Plus dalam mengelola risiko depresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam. Data akan disajikan dengan metode deskriptif. Setelah itu akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik explanation building. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah Interaction Process Analysis. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa proses komunikasi dan interaksi berperan aktif dalam membantu ODHA mengelola depresi yang dialami pasca mendapatkan status baru sebagai ODHA. Sebagian besar proses komunikasi yang dilihat dari Interaction Process Analysis dialami oleh ketiga informan dan mampu membantu ketiga informan untuk mengelola depresi yang mereka alami. Penelitian ini juga menemukan dua proses interaksi yang dialami dan membantu pengelolaan depresi pada ODHA di luar proses interaksi yang dijelaskan dalam Interaction Process Analysis.

The process of communication and interaction plays an active role in solving various problems in the group. The research entitled Communication Process in Managing Depression Victory Plus Foundation Members has formulated the problem of how the process interaction and communication within the Victory Plus Foundation can help and reduce the risk of depression in PLHIV. The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the role of the interaction and communication processes initiated by the Victory Plus Foundation in managing the risk of depression. This study uses an in-depth interviews method. The data will be presented by a descriptive method. After that, it will be analyzed using explanation building techniques. The theoretical basis used is the Interaction Process Analysis. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the communication and interaction process play an active role in helping PLHIV manage the depression they experience after getting a new status as PLHIV. Most of the communication processes seen from the Interaction Process Analysis were experienced by the three informants and were able to help them manage their depression. This study also found two interaction processes experienced and helped manage depression in PLHIV outside of interaction processes described in the Interaction Process Analysis
