Pandemi Covid-19 telah banyak memberikan pengaruh terhadap berbagai bidang kehidupan terutama dalam bidang ekonomi termasuk pada pelaku usaha yang baru merintis usahanya. Salah satu pengaruhnya yaitu terhadap produktivitas suatu usaha dalam hal ini pada bidang pangan. Produktivitas merupakan cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas dari kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan, serta mengukur seberapa optimal pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha baru di masa pandemi ini dengan mengukur tingkat produktivitasnya serta cara terbaik untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu metode fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas yang memiliki kelebihan dapat menampilkan skala hasil secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa UMKM CiAWAS COFFEE memiliki skala hasil meningkat (increasing return to scale) dengan nilai Alfa ditambah Beta lebih dari 1 yaitu sebesar 1,4037. Nilai elastisitas input tenaga kerja sebesar 1,3135 dan elastisitas input modal sebesar 0,0844. Hasil Alfa lebih besar dari Beta menggambarkan bahwa sistem produksi yang dilakukan bersifat padat karya atau mengoptimalkan tenaga kerja yang dimiliki. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpukan bahwa UMKM CiAWAS COFFEE memiliki skala hasil meningkat, namun untuk input modal memiliki hasil yang inelastis yang menggambarkan kurangnya optimalnya penggunaan input tersebut.

The Covid-10 pandemic has had a lot of influence on various field of life., especially in the economic field including bussines actors who are just starting their bussines. One of the effects in on the productivity of a bussines in this case in the food sector. Productivity is a method that can be used to measure the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the production activities, as well as to measure how optimally the utilization of existing resources is. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of new bussines during this pandemic by measuring their productivity levels as well as the best way to solve existing problems. The measurement method used is the Cobb-Douglas production function method which has advantage of being able to display the result scale directly. Based on the result of the analysis, it was found that UMKM CiAWAS COFFEE have an increasing to scale with a value of Alfa plus Beta bigger than 1 equal to 1,4037. The value of the elasticity of the labor input is 1,3135 and the elasticity of the capital input is 0,0844. The results Alfa bigger than Beta illustrate that the production system of UMKM CiAWAS COFFEE is labor intensive or carried out by optimizing the workforce the have. From these result it can be concluded that UMKM CiAWAS COFFEE has an increasing return to scale, but for capital input it has inelastic results which illustrates that the use of these inputs is less than optimal.
