PENENTUAN PUSAT PERTUMBUHAN DIKAITKAN DENGAN INTERAKSI WILAYAH DALAM RANGKA PERSIAPAN PEMEKARAN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Awal Oktober tahun 2020, tim kajian pemekaran memutuskan Kabupaten Banyumas akan dibagi menjadi tiga otonomi baru. Pendekatan strategi pusat pertumbuhan dengan memperhatikan aspek integrasi spasial melalui interaksi wilayah pada tingkat kecamatan dapat menjadi rancangan pembangunan pada otonomi baru yang terbentuk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pusat pertumbuhan dan interaksi wilayah pada masing-masing otonomi baru serta menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan dan aksesibilitas terhadap interaksi wilayah yang terbentuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis meliputi skalogram, indeks sentralitas, serta model gravitasi dengan pemodelan Darcy. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kecamatan Ajibarang mewakili pusat pertumbuhan di Kabupaten Banyumas Barat dengan nilai interaksi wilayah tertinggi pada Kecamatan Cilongok, Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur mewakili pusat pertumbuhan di Kota Purwokerto dengan nilai interaksi wilayah tertinggi pada Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, serta Kecamatan Sokaraja mewakili pusat pertumbuhan di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan nilai interaksi wilayah tertinggi pada Kecamatan Kalibagor. Pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan dan aksesibilitas terhadap besarnya interaksi wilayah menunjukan distribusi daya tarik ruang yang lebih merata sehingga interaksi ruang tidak terpusat pada wilayah tertentu.

At the beginning of October 2020, the expansion study team decided that Banyumas Regency would be divided into three new autonomous regions. The growth center approach by paying attention to aspects of spatial integration through regional interactions at the sub-district level can be a development plan for the newly formed autonomy. The purpose of this study is to identify the center of regional growth and interaction in each new autonomy and to analyze the effect of existing facilities and accessibility on the formed regional interactions. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with analytical techniques including scalogram, centrality index, and gravity model with Darcy modeling. The results showed that Ajibarang District represented the growth center in West Banyumas Regency with the highest regional interaction value in Cilongok District, East Purwokerto District represented the growth center in Purwokerto City with the highest regional interaction value in North Purwokerto District, and Sokaraja District represented the growth center in Banyumas Regency with the highest regional interaction value is in Kalibagor District. The effect of the availability of facilities and accessibility on the magnitude of regional interaction shows a more even distribution of spatial attractiveness so that spatial interactions are not concentrated in certain areas
