Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh optimisme dan inovatif, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan persepsi dukungan manajemen terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan, studi pada aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menghimpun data survey diaplikasikan dalam studi ini. Jumlah responden yang didapatkan sebanyak 81 responden yang terdiri atas eselon II, eselon III, dan eselon IV. Teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan menguji 4 (empat) variabel independen terhadap 1 (satu) variabel dependen dipilih dalam observasi peneliti. Penelitian ini memiliki 4 hipotesis yang diujikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1, 2, dan 4 terdukung atau diterima, artinya bahwa optimisme, inovatif, dan persepsi dukungan manajemen memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan. Sedangkan hipotesis 3 yang diajukan tidak terdukung atau ditolak, artinya bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan.

The purpose of writing this research is to test the influence of positive optimism and innovative, perception of organizational support, and perception of management support to perceived ease of use, study on the application of Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) in the Regional Secretariat of the Provincial Government of West Kalimantan. Quantitative research by collecting survey data is applied in this study. The number of respondents obtained as many as 81 respondents consisting of echelon II, echelon III, and echelon IV. Multiple regression analysis technique by testing 4 (four) independent variables against 1 (one) dependent variable were selected in the researcher's observation. This study has 4 hypotheses tested. The results showed that hypotheses 1, 2, and 4 were supported or accepted, meaning that optimism, innovation, and perception of management support had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. While hypothesis 3 proposed is not supported or rejected, it means that the perception of organizational support doesn't indicate any influence on perceived ease of use.
