Partial Least Square (PLS) is an alternative to Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) which is based on variance. PLS can overcome the weakness of CB-SEM, namely when the theory that underlies the design of the model is weak, indicators that are both reflective and formative, small sample size (30-100), free of assumptions and free of distribution so that the data do not have to have a multivariate normal distribution. Therefore, the statistical significance test was overcome using the bootstrap method. The purpose of this study is to compare the results of structural equation modeling with case study of learning behaviour on belajarkoding.net site with 100 respondents used the PLS approach with three weighting schemes for factor scores estimation (path, centroid, and factor). In this study, the data were transformed from ordinal scale into intervals using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). The number of bootstrap replication $B$ plays a role in influencing the t-statistical value. Obtained B = 25 with the path scheme as the best model with a value of R^2 behavioral intention = 0.750, R^2 use behavior = 0.601, Q^2 = 0.90025, and Q^2 Stone-Geisser = 0.390. The latent variables consist of behavioral intention (eta_1), use behavior (eta_2), performance expectancy (xi_1), effort expectancy (xi_2), social influence (xi_3), and facilitating conditions (xi_4). The structural model with the path scheme can be written mathematically as follows: eta _1 = 0.018 xi _1 + 0.139 xi _2 + 0.102 xi _3 + 0.643 xi _4 eta _2 = 0.363 xi _4 + 0.441 eta _1.
