Factors Influencing Behavioral Intentions of People to go to Religious Places

2021 | Skripsi | S1 MANAJEMENTujuan dari penelitian ini dibuat adalah untuk menguji empat faktor yang mempengaruhi niat terhadap perilaku pergi ke tempat ibadah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, dan religious commitment inventory. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior dan Religious Commitment Inventory. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebagai sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 260 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online melalui Google Form untuk mengumpulkan semua jawaban responden untuk mengukur sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, dan Inventarisasi Komitmen Keagamaan terhadap niat pergi ke tempat ibadah selama pandemi Covid-19. Kuesioner disebarkan ke berbagai kota dan wilayah di Indonesia menggunakan non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling sebagai bagian dari metode pengambilan sampel. Regresi linier berganda maupun analisis regresi linier sederhana digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa baik Theory of Planned Behavior maupun Religious Commitment Inventory berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi. Namun, hasil Religious Commitment Inventory tidak signifikan. Selain itu, dorongan yang paling signifikan terhadap intensi adalah Perceived Behavioral Control, Attitude, dan Subjective Norms.
The aim of this study was to test the influence of the four factors that influence intention towards the actual behavior to go to religious places during Covid-19 pandemic. These factors are attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and Religious Commitment Inventory. This study uses the term of Theory of Planned Behavior and Religious Commitment Inventory framework. The total number of respondents obtained as a sample for this research was 260 respondents. This study has used online questionnaire via Google Form to collect all the respondents answer to measure their attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and Religious Commitment Inventory towards the intention to go to religious places during Covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire is spread to various cities and area in Indoneisa using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling as a part of the sampling method. Both multiple linear regression and simple linear regression analysis were used in this study. The results of this study have found that both Theory of Planned behavior and Religious Commitment Inventory have positive influence towards the intention. However, the result of Religious Commitment Inventory were not significant. Moreover, the most significant drives towards the the intention was Perceived Behavioral Control, Attitude, and lastly, Subjective Norms.
