Gambaran Hasil Medical Check Up Pada Pegawai Universitas Gadjah Mada

Latar Belakang: Universitas Gadjah Mada telah mendeklarasikan diri sebagai universitas yang menerapkan program Health Promoting University (HPU). Dalam menunjang kesehatan para pegawai yang sebagian besar merupakan usia dewasa produktif, pihak universitas memberikan pelayanan kesehatan berupa pemeriksaan kesehatan di Gadjah Mada Medical Center. Medical Check Up (MCU) merupakan salah satu jenis pemeriksaan kesehatan yang dilakukan secara berkala, yaitu satu tahun sekali untuk mengetahui status kesehatan para pegawai sesudah berada dalam pekerjaannya. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan medical check up pegawai Universitas Gadjah Mada di Gadjah Mada Medical Center periode tahun 2019. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif retrospektif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari rekam medis Gadjah Mada Medical Center (bulan Januari – Desember 2019). Sampel diambil dari klaster kedokteran-kesehatan menggunakan teknik total sampling, sebanyak 261 data responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah lembar rekapitulasi data. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis univariat untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan medical check up. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 75% hasil pemeriksaan medical check up pegawai UGM berkategori baik. Berkategori waspada pada hasil pemeriksaan fisik (10,0%), hemoglobin (2,7%), glukosa (10,0%), asam urat (17,6%), kolesterol (26,1%), LDL (11,5%), trigliserid (11,1%), dan urine (29,1%). Berkategori bahaya pada hasil pemeriksaan glukosa (0,4%), asam urat (1,1%), kolesterol (7,3%), LDL (5,0%), dan trigliserid (1,5%). Kesimpulan: Hasil pemeriksaan medical check up pegawai UGM baik secara umum maupun secara khusus dalam klaster kedokteran-kesehatan rata-rata memiliki hasil yang sudah baik dan hanya terdapat sedikit perbedaan pada hasil pemeriksaan berkategori bahaya diketiga fakultas tersebut.

Background: Universitas Gadjah Mada has announced itself as a university that implements Health Promoting University (HPU) program. In supporting the healthiness of its staff, who mostly are within the productive adult age group, UGM gives a health service facility for its staff through a medical check-up at Gadjah Mada Medical Center. Medical Check-Up (MCU) is a type of medical examination done regularly once a year to check the health status of the staff after doing their work. Objective: Understood the overview of medical check-up results of UGM staff at Gadjah Mada Medical Center in 2019. Method: This research is a descriptive retrospective study. The research used secondary data obtained from Gadjah Mada Medical Center’s medical record (within January - December 2019). The samples were obtained from the medical-health cluster using the total sampling technique with 261 respondent data. The measurement tool used in this research was the recapitulation sheet. This research was then analyzed using univariate analysis to see the medical check-up results overview. Result: The research result shows that more than 75% of the medical check-up results of the UGM staff are categorized under a good level. However, some results are categorized under the warning level on the physical examination (10.0%), hemoglobin (2.7%), glucose (10.0%), uric acid (17.6%), cholesterol (26.1%), LDL (11.5%), triglyceride (11.1%), and urine (29.1%) tests. Some other results are also categorized under the danger level on the glucose (0.4%), uric acid (1.1%), cholesterol (7.3%), LDL (5.0%), and triglycerides (1.5%) tests. Conclusion: The medical check-up results of UGM staff are generally good and specifically within the medical-health cluster that covers three faculties, seen as good enough and shows only a slight difference on the test results under the danger level within the three faculties.
