ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN PURWOREJO PERIODE (2016-2020)

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo periode (2016-2020). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo periode (2016-2020). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknis analisis datanya bersifat deskriptif yang menggunakan perhitungan rumus: Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah (RKKD), Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal (DDF), Rasio Efektivitas PAD (REPAD), Rasio Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah (REKD) dan Rasio Keserasian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo secara keseluruhan dari tahun 2016-2020 menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dari kelima analisis rasio sebagai tolak ukur kinerja keuangan, diperoleh hasil analisis tiga diantaranya kurang baik kinerja keuangannya, sedangkan dua lainnya sudah baik. Tiga analisis yang memperoleh hasil kurang baik yaitu pada Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah (RKKD), Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal (DDF) dan Rasio Keserasian, sedangkan dua analisis rasio yang memperoleh hasil yang baik yaitu pada Rasio Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah (REKD) dan Rasio Efektivitas PAD (REPAD).

This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) Purworejo Regency. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Purworejo Regency Government for the period (2016-2020). The data used is secondary data in the form of the Purworejo Regency Regional Financial Report for the period (2016-2020). This research is a qualitative research with descriptive technical data analysis that uses the formula calculation: Regional Financial Independence Ratio (RKKD), Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio (DDF), PAD Effectiveness Ratio (REPAD), Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio (REKD), and Harmony Ratio. The results of the research show that the Regional Financial Performance of Purworejo Regency from 2016-2020 shows poor financial performance. This is because from the five ratio analysis as a measure of financial performance, the results of the analysis are that three of them are not good enough, while the other two are good. The three analyzes that obtained unfavorable results were the Regional Financial Independence Ratio (RKKD), the Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio (DDF) and the Conformity Ratio, while the two ratio analysis obtained good results, namely the Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio (REKD) and the PAD Effectiveness Ratio (REPAD).
