Persepsi Pemerintah Desa terhadap Hutan Wengkon Desa (HWD) mempengaruhi pola pikir dan perilaku Pemerintah Desa mengenai pengelolaan HWD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dan harapan Pemerintah Desa terhadap pengelolaan Hutan Wengkon Desa (HWD) dalam Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus (KHDTK) UGM Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa di wilayah sembilan desa lahan milik dan KHDTK UGM wilayah Kabupaten Blora. Pemilihan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 73 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode skala Likert untuk persepsi Pemerintah Desa terhadap HWD serta menggunakan tabulasi data dan analisis deskriptif untuk harapan Pemerintah desa terhadap kerjasama pengelolaan HWD dalam wilayah KHDTK UGM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Pemerintah Desa terhadap HWD yaitu tinggi, artinya memiliki interaksi yang tinggi terhadap HWD dan HWD memiliki peran penting bagi masyarakat, Pemerintah Desa, dan Pengelola KHDTK. Persepsi Pemerintah Desa terhadap peran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan HWD yaitu sedang, artinya masyarakat masih belum berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan HWD dan HWD belum dikelola baik oleh masyarakat. Persepsi Pemerintah Desa terhadap peran Pemerintah Desa dalam pengelolaan HWD yaitu sedang, artinya kerjasama dalam pengelolaan HWD antara UGM dengan beberapa pihak masih belum terlaksana secara optimal dan masih terdapat kendala yang perlu diperbaiki, sehingga pengelolaan HWD belum optimal. Harapan Pemerintah desa terhadap kerjasama pengelolaan HWD yaitu penetapan HWD dilakukan dengan pemetaan terlebih dahulu, terbentuknya kerjasama pengelolaan HWD antara UGM dengan Pemerintah Desa, dan kelola usaha bersama berupa bantuan produktif di bidang pertanian.

Forest management is the activity to regulate forest areas optimally by involving several parties, one of which is the Village Government. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions and expectations of the Village Government towards the management of Village Lap Forest (HWD) in the UGM Special Purpose Forest Area (KHDTK), Blora Regency, Central Java. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this study were members of the village apparatus in area of nine villages owned and KHDTK UGM in the Blora Regency area. Selection of respondents using purposive sampling method. The number of respondents was 73 people consisting of members of village apparatus. Data analysis in this study is using the likert scale method for village government perception and using data tabulation and descriptive analysis for the government expectation of cooperation in HWD management UGM KHDTK area. The results showed that the perception of the Village Government towards the understanding of HWD is high, meaning has a high interaction with HWD and hwd plays an important role for the community, village government, and khdtk pengelola managers. The Village Government's perception of the community's role in managing HWD is moderate, meaning that HWD has not been well managed by the community. The Village Government's perception of the role of Village Government in HWD management is moderate, meaning cooperation in HWD management between ugm and several parties has not been implemented optimally and there are still obstacles that need to be fixed, so that hwd management is not optimal. The hope of the village government for the HWD management collaboration is that the determination of the HWD is carried out by mapping first, the formation of the HWD management collaboration between UGM and the Village Government, and managing joint ventures in the form of productive assistance in agriculture.
