Proyek Akhir ini menjelaskan mengenai pentingnya layanan arsip statis di Pura Pakualaman. Tujuan adanya layanan adalah mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses arsip terutama di masa pandemi. Adapun kegiatan layanan arsip di Pura Pakualaman berupa layanan konsultasi pencarian arsip, layanan peminjaman arsip, layanan pemberian alternatif referensi, layanan salin arsip, serta layanan alih bahasa. Untuk layanan arsip yang diberikan di Pura Pakualaman yakni berupa layanan akses arsip serta layanan salin arsip. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan proyek akhir dan pengumpulan data yakni observasi partisipasi, studi pustaka, serta wawancara. Metode observasi partisipasi merupakan kegiatan penelitian dimana peneliti ikut berpartisipasi langsung untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan sebenarnya di Pura Pakualaman. Metode berikutnya yakni studi pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan sumber referensi baik dari buku maupun literatur terkait dengan tema layanan. Metode terakhir yakni wawancara dengan pegawai di Pura Pakualaman. Kesimpulan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah layanan arsip di Pura Pakualaman adalah layanan arsip sumber historis, sudah mengadopsi finding aids bidang Kearsipan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala ANRI Nomor 28 Tahun 2011 tentang Pedoman Akses dan Layanan Arsip Statis. Disisi lain, ditemukan kendala yakni belum tersedianya layanan online serta tidak adanya fasilitas katalog online yang dapat memudahkan pengunjung dalam mengakses arsip.

This final project describes the archive reference service at Pura Pakualaman. The purpose of the service is to make it easier for the public to access archives, especially during the pandemic. The archive reference service activities at Pura Pakualaman are in the form archive search consulting services, archive borrowing services, alternative reference services, archive copy services, and language translation services. The archive reference services provided at Pura Pakualaman are in the form of archive access services and archive copy services. The methods used in writing the final project and collecting data are participatory observation, literature study, and interviews. Participatory observation method is a research activity in which researchers participate directly to find out how the actual situation at Pura Pakualaman is. The next method is a literature study which aims to collect reference sources both from books and literature related to the service theme. The last method is interviews with employees at Pura Pakualaman. The conclusion of this final project is that the archive reference service at Pura Pakualaman has been carried out properly and in accordance with the regulation of Kepala ANRI Number 28 of 2011 concerning Guidelines for Statistic Archive Access and Service. On the other hand, there were obstacles, namely the unavailability of online services and the absence of online catalog facilities that could facilitate visitors in accesing the archives.
