PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD), DANA ALOKASI UMUM (DAU), DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS (DAK), DAN DANA BAGI HASIL (DBH) TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH KABUPATEN DAN KOTA DI PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Dana Bagi Hasil terhadap Belanja Daerah secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Laporan Realisasi APBD tahun 2013-2019. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap Belanja Daerah. 2) Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh positif terhadap Belanja. 3) Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh positif terhadap Belanja Daerah. 4) Dana Bagi Hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah. 5) Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Dana Bagi Hasil berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Belanja Daerah.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect Original Local Government Revenues, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds to the Local Expenditures partially or simultaneously. The sample in this research is regency and city in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data used comes from APBD Realization Report years 2013-2019. The technique of collecting data used literature review method. The test of prerequisite analysis used classical assumption test. The hypothesis test in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that: 1) Original Local Government Revenues has positive effect to the Local Expenditures. 2) General Allocation Funds has positive effect to the Local Expenditures. 3) Special Allocation Funds has positive effect to the Local Expenditures. 4) Revenue Sharing Funds hasn’t effect to the Local Expenditures. 5) Original Local Government Revenues, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds has simultaneously effect to the Local Expenditures.
