Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan estimasi Nilai Wajar atas Sewa terhadap Barang Milik Negara (BMN) berupa ruang pertemuan atau conference hall yang terdapat di Sekolah Tinggi XX Bandung di Jalan Doktor Setiabudi Nomor XX, Kelurahan Hegarmanah, Kecamatan Cidadap, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Penilaian tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka Pemanfaatan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) melalui kegiatan sewa. Dalam Penilaian ini, alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Pendekatan Pasar dengan Metode Perbandingan Data Pasar. Hasil dari indikasi Nilai Wajar atas Sewa terhadap ruang pertemuan tersebut sebesar Rp7.800.000,00 dalam jangka waktu sewa per 7 (tujuh) jam, dengan sewa per jam sebesar Rp1.100.000,00.

This assessment aims to determine the estimate of the Fair Value of the Rent of State Property in the form of a conference hall located at Sekolah Tinggi XX Bandung on Doktor Setiabudi Street Number XX, Hegarmanah Village, Cidadap District, Bandung City, West Java. The assessment is carried out in the context of Utilizing State Property through rental activities. In this assessment, the analytical tool used is the Market Approach with the Market Data Comparison Method, the result of the indication of the Fair Value of the Rent for the conference hall is Rp7.800.000,00 in a 7 (seven) hours rental period, with an hourly rental of Rp. Rp1.100.000,00.
