UMKM Toko Fastabiq Salatiga merupakan usaha yang bergerak pada usaha jualbeli peralatan muslim dan oleh-oleh haji. Selama ini, UMKM Toko Fastabiq Salatiga masih menggunakan nota secara manual sehingga menyebabkan tidak efektif karena harus memasukan satu persatu nota kedalam catatan transaksi. Ketidakefektifan tersebut yang membuat UMKM Toko Fastabiq Salatiga belum melakukan pencatatan atas transaksinya dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu UMKM Toko Fastabiq Salatiga untuk dapat melakukan pencatatan nya secara otomatis berbasis Microsoft Excel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan studi pustaka yang kemudian data tersebut menjadi acuan untuk dapat membuat suatu sistem yang memudahkan UMKM Toko Fastabiq Salatiga untuk pencatatan akuntasi-nya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem penjualan dan sistem pembelian yang terintegrasi dengan persediaan barang digudang dengan memanfaatkan visual basic for application yang ada pada Microsoft Excel untuk membuat macro agar sistem dapat berjalan otomatis

Fastabiq Shop in Salatiga is a business that is engaged in the business of buying and selling Muslim equipment and souvenirs for Hajj. So far, Fastabiq Salatiga Stores are still using manual notes so that they are ineffective because they have to enter notes one by one into the transaction records. This ineffectiveness has made Fastabiq Shop Salatiga not record their transactions properly. The purpose of this research is to help Stores Fastabiq Salatiga to be able to record automatically based on Microsoft Excel. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data is obtained from interviews and literature studies which then become a reference to be able to create a system that can be a system that makes it easier for fastabiq salatiga to record their accounting.The result of this research is a sales and purchasing system that is integrated with the inventory of goods in the warehouse by utilizing the visual basic for application in Microsoft Excel to create macros so that the system can run automatically
