RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM WIPER PADA KACA PELINDUNG CCTV DENGAN RTC DS3231 BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

Coal yard adalah suatu tempat yang difungsikan sebagai tempat penampungan batu bara yang akan dikirim ke coal bunker. Pada saat penimbunan batu bara, debu batu bara akan beterbangan sehingga mengotori instrumen di dalam coal yard, salah satunya adalah Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) yang berada pada lingkungan tersebut. Penelitian ini membahas tentang otomatisasi sistem pembersih kaca otomatis pada coal yard di PT PJB UBJ O&M PLTU 1 Pacitan sebagai alat yang mempermudah pekerjaan teknisi dalam bekerja. Dengan menggunakan real time clock (RTC) DS3231, alat ini dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan komponen elektronis berupa RTC DS3231 sebagai input, motor servo dan liquid crystal dispay (LCD) sebagai output, serta penggunaan Arduino UNO sebagai mikrokontroler. Pada saat rangkaian pembersih kaca otomatis di sambungkan ke sumber listrik, alat ini akan bekerja secara langsung. Cara kerja dari alat ini adalah seperti sistem alarm, yang akan bekerja sesuai dengan waktu yang telah di tentukan. RTC akan mengirimkan waktu secara real time dan pensettingan waktu di lakukan pada program arduino. Pada saat waktu pada RTC sesuai dengan waktu bekerja, maka servo akan bekerja selama durasi yang telah di tentukan. Selain itu, pada saat yang sama, LCD akan mengirimkan pesan sesuai dengan pesan yang sudah dituliskan, apabila waktu tidak sesuai LCD akan mengirimkan program berupa waktu (hari, jam, menit dan detik). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem pada alat ini dapat bekerja secara otomatis dengan sudut dan waktu yang sesuai.

Coal yard is a place that functions as a place for coal storage to be sent to the coal bunker. During coal stockpiling, coal dust will fly around, polluting the instruments inside the coal yard, one of which is Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in the neighborhood. This study discusses the automation of the automatic glass cleaning system at the coal yard at PT PJB UBJ O&M PLTU 1 Pacitan as a tool that makes the technician's job easier. By using the DS3231 real time clock (RTC), this tool can work automatically according to a predetermined time. In this study, using electronic components in the form of RTC DS3231 as input, servo motor and liquid crystal display (LCD) as output, and the use of Arduino UNO as a microcontroller. When the automatic glass cleaner circuit is connected to a power source, this tool will work directly. The way this tool works is like an alarm system, which will work according to a predetermined time. RTC will send the time in real time and the time setting is done on the Arduino program. When the time on the RTC matches the working time, the servo will work for a predetermined duration. In addition, at the same time, the LCD will send a message according to the message that has been written, if the time is not suitable, the LCD will send a program in the form of time (day, hour, minute and second). The result of this research is the system in this tool can work automatically with the appropriate angle and time.
