In the modern era like today, various innovations and technological developments have emerged in the transportation sector. One of the ideas that arise is urban air mobility. One manifestation of the urban air mobility transportation system is a flying taxi. Flying taxi is a flying car that is operated as a taxi. Flying taxi is almost applied in developed countries. The right market strategy has become one of the important factors for the implementation of flying taxis in the world and in Indonesia. One of the market strategies is price determination where the price will affect people's willingness to. In addition, because flying taxis are a new technology and are related to aviation, it is necessary to know the risk behavior factor of a person towards willingness to pay for a flying taxi. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze about willingness to pay for air taxi fare by Indonesians by considering their risk attitude. This study uses the contingent valuation method to analyze willingness to pay and uses the Holt and Laury questionnaire to determine a person's risk attitude. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to all regions of Indonesia and got 434 respondent. However, only 415 respondents met the criteria for further analysis. The method for analyzing the effect of risk attitude is Kruskal Wallis' non-parametric statistical method. In addition, the chi-square method is used to determine the effect of respondent characteristics on the willingness to pay. The results showed that the Indonesian people willingness to pay for a flying taxi was IDR 14,428.92 per km. In addition, it was found that a risk attitude did not affect willingness to pay for a flying taxi. The characteristics of respondents that affect the willingness to pay for a flying taxi are the province, the type of area of residence, the number of family members who work, ownership of SIM A, being able to drive a car and experience boarding a plane.
