PERANCANGAN SISTEM VALUASI NILAI INTRINSIK SAHAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTIPLES - RATA-RATA HISTORIS

Sejalan dengan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin cepat, masyarakat khususnya kaum milenial mulai memahami pentingnya berinvestasi. Salah satu instrumen investasi yang sedang banyak diminati adalah saham. Saham dianggap sebagai salah satu instrumen investasi paling ideal karena tingginya imbal hasil yang diharapkan. Sejalan dengan tingginya imbal hasil dari saham, risiko berinvestasi saham juga relatif lebih tinggi daripada instrumen lainnya. Untuk itu, diperlukan edukasi khususnya bagi investor pemula supaya risiko tersebut dapat diminimalisir bahkan dihindari. UGM Stock Club adalah salah satu komunitas resmi di bawah pengawasan BEI yang beranggotakan mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada secara umum. Selain bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, komunitas ini juga bertujuan untuk menghasilkan uang bermodalkan deposit awal masing-masing anggota. Dalam proses pemilihan emiten untuk dijadikan tujuan investasi tersebut, USC memerlukan sistem perhitungan nilai intrinsik saham supaya dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dan dapat memberikan edukasi sekaligus keuntungan dengan waktu deposit yang relatif singkat. Sebagai jawaban dari permaslaah tersebut, dibuatlah rancangan sistem valuasi metode Multiple Rata-rata Historis yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk dapat menghitung valuasi saham secara otomatis. Sistem ini berbentuk microsoft excel sehingga lebih mudah, user friendly, dan bisa digunakan oleh semua pengguna. Dalam proses perancangannya, didapat kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada satupun metode investasi yang dapat memberikan tingkat kebenaran absolut sehingga, pengguna disarankan untuk memahami risiko tersebut dengan baik dan terus mengembangkan metode analisis sesuai dengan yang diperlukan.

As the pace of economic growth, societies, especially the millenials, have begun to understand the importance of investing. One of the investment instruments that considered to be the most ideal investment is stocks. The reasons why stocks has became the best option is because of its high expected return. On the other hands, the risk of stocks is relatively higher than any other investments instruments. In which it is required, investing education to the investors is needed in order to minimize or even avoid the risk. UGM stock club is the official communities under BEI���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s supervision with Universitas Gadjah Mada students in general as the members. In addition to give the investing education, the community is also a platform to make money from each member's original deposit. In the process of equity research for investments, USC requires an intrinsic value calculating system of stock in order to produce the right decision and can provide both education and profit with relatively short deposit time. As the solution for those problems, a Multiple method valuation system was designed so it could be used to calculate stock valuations automatically. This system using microsoft excel as a tools, so that it can be easier to use, user friendly, and can be used by all users. In the design process, it was concluded that there is no investment methods can provide the gospel truth level so that, users are advised to understand the risks well and continue to develop the analysis methods as needed.
