EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA TBK (UNIT GROBOGAN)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance pada PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (Unit Grobogan) yang mengacu pada komponen dari aspek TARIF (Tranparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, and Fairness). Untuk terwujudnya perusahaan yang keberlanjutan maka dibutuhkan korelasi dan juga mutualisme antara ketiga stakeholders yang diwakili oleh (state, private, and society). Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah kualitatif yang menggunakan proses pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada 8 informan Top Management Branch yang menjabat sesuai pada bidang masing-masing dengan hasil wawancara yang dimuat ulang dalam bentuk transkrip, pengambilan data lain melalui situs perusahaan, dan lembaga bersertifikasi terkait. Dari hasil keseluruhan data yang telah diolah ditemukan beberapa faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung proses berjalan pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance pada PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (Unit Grobogan), berdasarkan hal tersebut menunjukkan secara keseluruhan bahwa Good Corporate Governance sangat mempengaruhi seluruh kinerja dari perusahaan untuk bisa berkembang yang meliputi sistem, sumberdaya manusia, operasional perusahaan baik teknis maupun non-teknis, keuangan perusahaan, sampai dengan para pemegang saham.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (Grobogan Unit) which refers to the components of tariff aspects (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness). To realize a sustainable company, it takes correlation and mutualism between the three stakeholders represented by (state, private, and society). The method used for research is qualitative which uses the process of data retrieval through interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted with 8 Top Management Branch informants who served accordingly in their respective fields with the results of interviews reloaded in the form of transcripts, other data retrieval through the company's website, and related certified institutions. From the results of the overall data that has been processed found several factors that hinder and support the running process of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (Grobogan Unit), based on this shows the overall that Good Corporate Governance greatly affects the entire performance of the company to be able to develop which includes the system, human resources, operational companies both technical and non-technical, corporate finance, up to the shareholders.
