PEMETAAN KEMISKINAN TINGKAT KECAMATAN DI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO (ANALISIS DATA TERPADU KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL OKTOBER 2019)

Kabupaten Purworejo masuk diantara 14 kabupaten prioritas Jawa Tengah yang masuk zona merah penanggulangan kemiskinan. Persentase penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Purworejo sebesar 11,67 persen lebih tinggi diatas persentase kemiskinan di Jawa Tengah yaitu sebesar 11,32 persen dan nasional sebesar 9,82 persen pada tahun 2018. Dengan menggunakan DTKS Oktober 2019, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Mengetahui status kemiskinan di Kabupaten Purworejo, dan (2) Mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi status kemiskinan di Kabupaten Purworejo. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh rumah tangga ekonomi terbawah yang berada di Kabupaten Purworejo sejumlah 61.562 rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis spasial, principal component analysis, dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat empat kelompok status kemiskinan, yaitu kelompok 1 yang berarti sangat miskin, kelompok 2 yang berarti miskin, kelompok 3 yang berarti hampir miskin, dan kelompok 4 yang berarti rentan miskin, dimana angka kelompok semakin tinggi maka status kemiskinan seseorang akan semakin menurun. Namun untuk kelompok 4 atau rentan miskin pada peta tidak ada karena tidak adanya nilai tertinggi pada kelompok kemiskinan di setiap kecamatan. Berdasarkan status kemiskinan tersebut terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu aset berupa kepemilikan lemari es, televisi, emas, sepeda, sepeda motor, lahan, kambing, sapi, kepemilikan usaha, status program KKS/KPS, KIP/BSM, KIS/BPJS kesehatan/Jamkesmas, Jamsostek/BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PKH, Raskin, dan KUR terhadap status kemiskinan.

Purworejo Regency is the one of the 14 priority districts in Central Java which is part of the red zone for poverty reduction. In 2018, the poverty percentage in Purworejo is even higher than the poverty percentage in Central Java (11.32 percent) and the national one (9.82 percent), by 11,67 percent. Using the October 2019 DTKS (Social Welfare Data on October 2019), the objectives of this study are (1) Knowing the poverty status in Purworejo Regency, and (2) Knowing the factors that affecting the poverty status in Purworejo Regency. The population data used is the number of lowest economic/poor households in Purworejo Regency, by the 61,563 households. In this study, spatial analysis, principal component analysis, and logistic regression are applied for proccessing and analyzing data. The results show that there are four classification of poverty status, spesifically 1st group is very poor, 2nd group is poor, 3rd group is almost poor, and 4th group is vulnerable to poverty, where the higher the number of groups, the lower the poverty status of a person. However, there is no map for group 4 or vulnerable to poverty because there is no highest score for the poverty group in each sub-district. Based on the poverty status, there are factors that influence, namely assets in the form of ownership of refrigerators, television, gold, bicycles, motorbikes, land, goats, cows, business ownership, KKS / KPS program status, KIP / BSM, KIS / BPJS health / Jamkesmas, Jamsostek / BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PKH, Raskin, and KUR.
