This objective aims to evaluate the social and economic impact of integration through the Logic Model approach and to analyze the effect of output on the impact of integration. The theory used is the Logic Model by describing the causality relationship to input, output, and impact. The research method used is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are the level of partnership between farmers and the livestock and plantation agencies are included in the occasional category, partnerships with extension workers are included in the category often, partnerships with village officials are included in the rare category, completeness of production facilities is included in the complete category. The complexity of farmers in integration is included in the very easy category, the relative advantage in cost efficiency is with many categories, the relative advantage in time effectiveness is in the frequent category, the relative gain in productivity is very high in the category, the compatibility with the category is very suitable, the triability with the category is very agreeable, observational facilities with a very agreeable category, very high category of knowledge, high-category social impacts and very high-category economic impacts.
