KONDISI PSIKOLOGIS TOKOH UTAMA DALAM CERPEN "MINUBAUZ" DALAM ANTOLOGI CERPEN AHLUL HAYY KARYA YUSUF ZAIDAN:ANALISIS PSIKOLOGI SASTRA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan kondisi psikologis tokoh utama dalam cerpen "Minubauz" dan bagaimana tokoh tersebut menyelesaikan tekanan psikologis yang dialaminya. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori struktural dan teori psikologi sastra berupa psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode struktural dan metode psikologi sastra. Berdasarkan analisis struktural dapat diketahui bahwa tokoh utama dalam cerpen ini adalah tokoh Aku. Sementara itu, hasil analisis dengan metode psikologi sastra dapat diketahui bahwa ada beberapa peristiwa yang mengandung tekanan psikologis pada diri tokoh Aku, yaitu pada saat ia baru saja memasuki masa perimenopause, pada saat memasuki masa menopause, dan pada fase akhir dari menopause, yakni saat penerimaan keadaan diri pada masa pascamenopause. Tekanan-tekanan psikologis yang diteliti diambil berdasarkan peristiwa-peristiwa yang didalamnya terdapat pertentangan antara id, ego, dan superego pada diri tokoh Aku. Berbagai mekanisme pertahanan ego digunakan tokoh Aku untuk mengatasi masalah dalam hidupnya, yaitu escaping-avoiding, pengingkaran, dan rasionalisasi.

This research reveals the psychological problems of the main charaters in the short story "Minubauz" and how to overcome the psychological problems that occur. The theory used is stuctural theory and the Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis theory. The method used in this study are structural method and psychoanalysis method. The results of structural analysis can be seen that the main character in this short story is the character "I". Meanwhile, the results of the analysis with the method of psychoanalysis can be seen that the events that contain psychological pressure on the character "I" have a few, namely when she had just entered the period of perimenopause, at the time of menopause, and at the final phase of menopause namely when self-acceptance in the postmenopausal period. The psychological pressures studied are taken based on the events in which there is a conflict between the id, the ego, and the superego of the character "I". Various ego defense mechanisms are used by the character "I" to overcome problems in her life, namely escaping-avoiding, denial, and rationalization.
