Diseminasi Peta Persebaran Halte dan Jalur Pelayanan Trans Jogja

Trans Jogja merupakan sarana transportasi publik bus yang dioperasionalkan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan fasilitas yang nyaman dan harga yang terjangkau oleh semua kalangan. Jumlah penumpang Trans Jogja yang setiap tahun menurun, sehingga perlu dilakukan usaha-usaha dan inovasi untuk meningkatkan jumlah penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (a) menyajikan peta persebaran halte dan rute Trans Jogja dalam bentuk website atau berupa WebGIS dengan cara melakukan pemetaan menggunakan ArcGIS Online; (b) melakukan penilaian efektivitas diseminasi WebGIS persebaran halte portable dan shelter serta rute Trans Jogja menggunakan Google Form. Penyusunan WebGIS dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyusunan database, dan pembangunan webGIS. Pengumpulan data berupa proses mengumpulkan informasi terkait halte, jalur, dan fasilitas umum di sekitar area pelayanan Trans Jogja. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data dari Dinas Kominfo DIY meliputi shapefile lokasi persebaran halte Trans Jogja. Survei lapangan dilakukan untuk verifikasi data koordinat halte Trans Jogja. Jalur pelayanan dilakukan konversi ke data vektor dengan data peta cetak yang bersumber dari Dinas Perhubungan DIY. Data landmark berasal dari proses pengolahan titik fasilitas umum pada peta Rupabumi Indonesia dipadukan dengan Open Street Map. Data persebaran halte, jalur pelayanan, dan landmark kemudian disusun dalam database yang digunakan untuk proses pembuatan WebGIS menggunakan ArcGIS Online. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa Peta Persebaran Halte dan Jalur Pelayanan Trans Jogja yang dapat diakses melalui laman "linktr.ee/TransJogja". Peta menampilkan informasi persebaran halte, jalur pelayanan, dan landmark berupa fasilitas umum. Berdasarkan penilaian 41 pengguna peta, WebGIS tersebut dinilai efektif untuk menampilkan informasi berdasarkan kriteria tampilan atau visualisasi peta, kelengkapan informasi, tingkat kemududahan operasional, tools dan user interface, dan sistematika muka peta dan komponen peta.

Trans Jogja is the main public transport bus service which operated by The Transportation Agency of Special Region of Yogyakarta. Trans Jogja has great facilities with convenience and affordable prices. Trans Jogja's passengers has decreasing every year, hence it is necessary to find innovations to increase the passenger numbers. This research, carrying to simplify Trans Jogja's passenger to get information with more effective. The study built a new breakthrough for explain the information about Trans Jogja. The purposes of this research are to: (a) show information about Trans Jogja bus stops distribution and routes into a digital map using ArcGIS Online; (b) evaluate the effectiveness of Trans Jogja map dissemination using Google Forms. The WebGIS was built through four processes i.e. data collection, data processing, database preparation, and WebGIS development. Data collection was a stage for collecting information of bus stops location, routes, and public facilities around the Trans Jogja services area. The geospatial data of the bus stop refers to database published by Communication and Information Agency of Yogyakarta. The field survey was conducted to verify the coordinate data for the Trans Jogja bus stop. The services line converted to shapefile using a reference map from Transportation Agency. Landmark data was obtained from a combination of Indonesian topographic map's public facility with Open Street Map. Those data including the distribution of bus stops, service lines, and landmarks was compiled in a database and used to build WebGIS in ArcGIS Online before uploaded it online. The result of this research is a map dissemination of Trans Jogja bus stops distribution and service lines that can be accessed via "linktr.ee/TransJogja". There are two main menus on the digital map. The first menu is main information called Service Route of Trans Jogja and the second menu is a map assessment questionnaire for users. Based on questionnaire assessment, 41 respondents said that the webGIS is totally effective to present the information based on several criteria i.e map display or visualization, completeness of map information, standard of operational, tools and user interface, and map systematics and components.
