Identifying Actors and Their Standings: A DNA of Indonesian Newspaper Coverage of the Jakarta EPrix

Most research on Public-Private Partnerships in Indonesia concentrates more on the Infrastructure aspect while Jakarta EPrix (FE.) event is considered as a new kind of Partnership. There is little research on how it can interact with A Discourse Network and how the actors are identified, and what actors think about PPP. This research aims to highlight the understanding of the actors and their standings in the FE Jakarta event. This research seeks to explain who the actors are and what they think about the PPP itself. First, the researcher will identify the actors and their standings on the event, referring to the previous studies' actors literature review classification. This research will then measure the concept or reasoning why they would agree or disagree with the event in the form of a chart. The result provided aligned with each category conceptual framework in indicating the actors, their standings, and their concept or reasoning on their agreement.
