Tugas akhir rancang bangun mesin CNC router 3-axis menggunakan arduino uno dan GRBL software ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah mesin CNC router 3-axis yang dapat dibuat sendiri dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan adanya mesin CNC tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan desain untuk perajin dan perusahaan kecil yang ingin memiliki mesin CNC dengan ukuran dan spesifikasi sesuai kebutuhan. Mesin CNC ini didesain untuk digunakan Cutting, Marking, Engraving dan proses manufaktur lain untuk kayu, akrilik dan bahan lain. Selain itu diharapkan mesin CNC ini juga dapat digunakan rangka mekanik dari mesin laser cutting dan laser engraver. Mesin CNC router 3-axis ini dibuat dengan ukuran area kerja 30 cm x 22 cm x 4 cm. Controller yang digunakan mesin CNC ini adalah Arduino UNO dengan IC Microcontroller ATMEGA328p dan driver stepper motor IC4988p. Mesin ini bekerja dengan program g-code sesuai desain 3D yang telah dibuat. Dari g-code tersebut dikirimkan ke microcontroller yang di dalamnya telah tertanam GRBL Software untuk menerjemahkan g-code sehingga mesin dapat bekerja sesuai desain yang telah dibuat. Mesin CNC router 3-axis yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan untuk proses cutting, marking, dan engraving sesuai desain dengan tingkat presisi mendekati 100%.

The final task of designing a 3-axis CNC router machine using Arduino Uno and GRBL software aims to make a 3-axis CNC router machine that can be made by yourself and further developed as needed. With this CNC machine, it is hoped that it can become a design reference for crafters and small companies who want to have a CNC machine with sizes and specifications as needed. This CNC machine is designed for use in Cutting, Marking, Engraving and other manufacturing processes for wood, acrylic and other materials. In addition, it is hoped that this CNC machine can also be used for the mechanical frame of the laser cutting machine and laser engraver. This 3-axis CNC router machine is made with a work area of 30 cm x 22 cm x 4 cm. The controller used by this CNC machine is an Arduino UNO with an ATMEGA328p Microcontroller IC and an IC4988p stepper motor driver. This machine works with the g-code program according to the 3D design that has been made. From the g-code is sent to the microcontroller which has embedded GRBL Software to translate the g-code so that the machine can work according to the design that has been made. The 3-axis CNC router that has been made can be used for cutting, marking, and engraving according to design with a precision level close to 100%.
