SKEMA KENDALI DAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN MONITORING TESTBED MICROGRID TERHUBUNG JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI TEGANGAN RENDAH PLN

Indonesia mempunyai potensi energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT) yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Potensi EBT relatif tersebar sehingga konversi energinya menjadi listrik bersifat tersebar (distributed generation). Implementasi DG secara nyata lebih mudah dipahami dengan simulator berupa testbed. Paper ini menjelaskan secara komprehensif desain dan implementasi sistem testbed microgrid skala laboratium di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Fitur sistem testbed microgrid adalah emulator pembangkit DG, manajemen energi tersentralisasi, operasi sistem tenaga listrik dengan standar aturan jaringan PLN dikontrol dengan kendali PID, dan sistem monitoring real-time. Pengembangan skema kendali dan monitoring pada sistem testbed microgrid telah berhasil dikembangkan untuk sistem islanded dengan pembangkit sinkron terkontrol dan pembangkit berupa generator induksi yang bersifat fluktuatif.

Indonesia has had much potential in renewable energy and yet to be optimally used. The potential of renewable energy is relatively distributed that causing a distributed generation to convert the energy to electricity. Real-world DG deployment can easily understand by modeling it into a testbed. This paper presents a detailed and comprehensive design and its implementation of microgrid testbed lab scale in Universitas Gadjah Mada. The feature of microgrid testbed system are the testbed could emulate several model types of DG, a centralized energy management system, PLN�s grid code based on electric power system operation achieved by PID controller, and real-time system monitoring. The development control scheme and monitoring system have managed for islanded mode with a controlled synchronous generator and its induction generator fluctuation.
